Just left BTW on 39th with a SUV full of players. Thought we would treat the team but unfortunately staff wouldn't honor the GCM. Very disappointing for all the kids after putting in two hours of work. Even after showing and reading staff the GCM I was advised that they weren't able to do that. Hopefully it is just an issue of misinformed staff as I would hate to think anything else
Slow service and poor quality food.
