I don't get the hype or the price. The udon soup was 70% vegetables and tasted like nothing. The tempura was good but there were only like 4 pieces of shrimp. The only thing this place has going for it is it's sushi and even that wasn't as good as most other places around here.

Everytime i've come here i have had a good experience. The sushi is that of magnificence, even stepped out of my comfort zone to try something new and its safe to say this will be a favorite whenever i go up to gainesville. It is truly a captivating experience.

Always love coming here! The atmosphere is so friendly and personable! Cami is an amazing bartender and the hosts and servers are always so attentive (shout out to Lindsey!). We especially enjoy the spring rolls and old fashioned drinks❤️

Ordered a cup of soup and a ginger salad online with our meals. At pick up I told the employee there was only one soup and one salad. They came back and said I was only supposed to get one or the other not both and I could get both but they would have to charge me extra. I was 5 minutes early for pick up because the time it suggested seemed awful long. I live about a mile and a half from the restaurant. When I got home, the soup was cold, our entrees were barely warm and my wife ordered General Tso chicken and didn't get the rice. Disapponting experience. I told the employee I was not happy leaving without getting what I ordered. No offer to make it right. If you have a glitch on your ordering website that does not charge customers for what they ordered FIX IT.

MY favorite sushi in town! I find the same familiar friendly faces every time we come. The front bar is super welcoming. Don’t know what to order? Cora has a knack for fixing the perfect cocktail while the kitchen prepares a perfect Miami roll & Dynamite roll. Looking for Thai food? My other favorite is the Panang Curry. Try it and definitely sit at the bar with Cora.

Tonight, we went to Ichiban to celebrate my husband's birthday. We usually celebrate all of our family birthdays and special events at your restaurant. We arrived at 7, waited about 10 minutes for our table, gave our order right away, as we already knew what we wanted. At 8:35, we walked out. We have never had such a bad experience waiting, with no explanation. I am not sure what was going on, but it will be a long time before we come again.
