Keith was professional and kind. Displayed excellent customer service and knowledgeable about menu. Ordered the giant #43 and it was delicious. Large servings that are big enough to share. Highly recommend this place!

I got the buffalo chicken Philly on white bread with no lettuce. It was good and I would eat it again. The staff were really nice too, no bad customer service at all. The place was very clean. If you've never had them, at least at this location, give em a try.

Evening staff made my order wrong. It was a simple order so I thought I could trust staff to make a club sandwich Mike’s way and add pickles, but when I got home with the food I discovered no bacon and no pickles. I tried calling the store three times while my family ate their food and finally decided to drive back to the store after it going to voicemail every time. I was asked if I still had the sub, which I let my children eat, and told I would need a receipt as well…which I was never given to begin with. The employee who made my sub went to hide in the back as soon as I re-entered, so a different employee called the manager. The manager’s response was that I should’ve been watching *their* employee to make sure that they were doing their job correctly. Additionally, the employee who made my sub emerged bc another customer came in, and reacted to my claims with hostility and zero professionalism. When I reiterated that I tried to call three times to rectify this situation, I was told “Oh, that phone doesn’t work.” We used to get food here regularly, but I won’t be coming back.

Jersey Mike’s on 43rd the staff is the worst in the evenings I walked in and a female with the broom was sweeping the floor. Another female came from outback, and she helped me then she slid my tuna to the side, waiting on the next person to finish making up the meal the girl with the broom came out, went to put on her gloves and not wash your hands. I stated are you gonna wash your hands she looked back, rolled her eyes and walked in the back and never came back. This is my last time shopping in this area. The evening crew is the worst. The morning is just fine

Had to wait 30 minutes after my scheduled pick up time to get my online order. I don't blame the employees, they're doing their best but only having 2 people working during the lunch rush is ridiculous. Don't waste your time here.

If your looking for a good quality sub or salad, this is NOT the place! Especially with the customer service. I asked for a refund and upon request the manager asked why after explaining, she had an attitude gave me a receipt and just walked away. As a customer service provider I was completely appalled. I had to reread the receipt to make sure it was a refund. I will not ever come to this location again.

Jersey Mike's was my favorite sandwich shop in the Millhopper area until recently due to being stingy with the meats. The subs used to be worth the cost, but now not so much. I quit buying from Jimmy John's for the same reason over 5 years ago.
