Worst KFC experience at the Gainesville (East University Ave) location. I placed my order online through the app, and it said it was ready for pickup. When I got there, they had the lobby closed and told me to go through the drive-thru. Waited over 10 minutes in line, only to be told the order wasn’t ready yet. Then they shut the window in my face. Later, another worker told me to wait at the front, completely ignoring the drive-thru order flow. To make things worse, even after I already ordered through the app, they still asked me what sauce I wanted – clearly just stalling and wasting more time. What’s the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait in line and answer questions that should’ve been handled already? Waited 20 minutes after after ready for pick up Terrible service, no organization, and zero respect for customers’ time.
I placed an order a couple of weeks ago. I was supposed to get a free 8 piece original chicken bucket with my order. After getting home I realized it was missing. I live 40 minutes away and wasn't going back to get it. I went back to the store and Anthony made it right for me which was awesome!! He made sure my order was right. The food was fresh and delicious. I bought some extra sides and I had a great dinner for my family.

KFC on east university is the best in town they have fast hot food and orders are always on time and they have great customer service.
Not once but twice did they forget my gravy when I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy, but THIS is the last straw. I find a roach in my mashed potatoes. I’m officially done eating KFC here. Someone has to get this fixed because this is unacceptable
