management has truly lost his mind / the guy name HAMID idk how to spell it … but he has an accent truly lost his mind today… not knowing I’m really well known across all platforms- could have recorded him and really blasted this him but I showed mercy … he lucky / we ask him to repeat the order and he said No with an attitude. he had attitude before we even order a meal … slammed are drinks and roll his eyes like women all 3 of us watched this dude very unprofessional .. Really don’t like the service either food tasted like stress with salt on top. Truly will never come here again and beg people to avoid this location at all cost if can SEE THIS… very messed up everything dry fr no lie
The experience at the KFC on E University Ave (Gainesville) was anything but satisfactory. I rarely bother with a review that would be negative because to judge any place by a single visit/experience. That is not the case at this KFC, so I felt compelled to leave a note. I find it ridiculous that the owner seems to be the real issue because he really puts his employees in awkward situations because he has no concept of customer service or basic courtesy toward customers. This guy is all marked up from people poking him with a 10-foot pole, I would not recommend this KFC if it was the only eating establishment in Alachua County. The only thing left to say is Caveat Emptor.

We went to drive thru and it was odd from start to finish. Had to pull off to side to wait for food, no biggie. But the food was not good. Hubs got chicken tenders that looked like they were for a childs meal. His fingers are bigger than the chicken strips and not cooked. I had crispy 3 pce and the grease was old as i could taste it. Grease also ran right out of chicken when i bit into it. That was a new one for me! Nice people tho. Just visit. Dont eat!

great service-great food! I stopped by during rush hour on a Friday. It has been years since I’ve had KFC. The man who took my order was very friendly! He gave me a coupon to use. The food was amazing! I will come again.
