Was in drive thru just now and before I could even ask for a straw the manager told me to go park in the drive thru waiting spot. Didn't even give me a chance to ask for ketchup or anything.

I placed my order at 9:34 a.m. this morning I was told to pull up I did and after about 8 cars passing by me getting their order I decided to go inside the restaurant because at this point how hard is it to make a sausage egg and cheese biscuit I'm not buying a whole meal that is literally all I ordered so I go inside the guy at the counter helps one lady completely bypass me so I wait and wait and wait some more this lady receives her order and finally he tells the GM LAURA I want a refund she approaches me and I tell her I been waiting for 20 min I would like a refund she never ask why what's wrong I mean is that not part of your job? She just issues the refund. With the time that I waited for a SAUSAGE EGG AND CHEESE BISCUIT it should've been free. Now I have to wait for the money to appear on my card but when I come back I'm not being nice

Slow as molasses! Two coffees, taking forever, 12 people waiting and no staff at the front 99% of the wait. Everyone complaining how long they been waiting… Edit update: there are 3-4 people standing around talking and one person roaming with a couple people preparing the food and a lobby full of people waiting

Every time I come to this place the service is usually very slow which I understand happens but not this time I was sitting at the counter for seven minutes waiting for my order and there’s a young lady back there just eating food staring at me on the clock acting like I pretty much don’t exist she clearly sees that I’m trying to get her attention but she just keeps looking at me and acting like I don’t exist and their chitchatting in the Back At this specific location it seems like they just talk a bunch in the back. I never want to get into how Oh, the food is taking too long because they may be shortstaffed but when I see employees in the back clearly acknowledging that I am waiting but not doing anything about it and just eating and talking it gets on my nerves
