This is an incredible place. What stood out most is the manager. He is polite and professional, unlike a customer I witnessed demanded her money back AFTER eating her yogurt ice-cream. Ridiculous and abusive as SHE did not see the screen AND SHE left a tip. Then demanded the money back to which the manager said he would give her a gift card. Oh no, she wanted it free. So sad. It was her mistake for not paying attention and blames the worker.

Love how clean the self serve always is, I will say, I don't think it's fair to ask for a tip when it is... Self. Serve.

I love the frozen yogurt, but the store has a very strong smell like pinesol or something like that that triggers my allergies. It is too strong. The tables and chairs are always dirty and sticky. Hope it improves cause I really like the iceream.
