the 2 stars is a bit generous, on the dave portnoy scale they get a 3.2 stars/10. taste scarily similar to school pizza. could still be worse but could me much better. by the slice will reign superior in my eyes.

First of all, the pizza sucks. I went there a few times and received little to no sauce. Secondly, $4 for a poor quality regular cheese slice is highway robbery. Lastly, the owner of this place has to be a real Dbag POS. This dude is BLASTING a 3-foot tall boom box outside until 2 am most nights to attract customers. You can hear incessant booming and thudding all night long from blocks away. Interestingly, none of the 7 bars in the area are even close to this loud. Nope, it's the 0-16 Detroit Lions version of pizza places waking up the whole neighborhood because the only way to sell their poverty products is to lure drunk college students into the place. There's a reason they're only open after 6 pm; no one would eat this pizza sober. I think I'd be less annoyed about the obnoxious noise, block-thumping noise if the pizza was at least decent. But no, this sad clown pizzaeria has to use its siren songs to lure innocent victims into its trap. Spare your mouth the saucelessness and go to Gator pizzeria around the corner for a good drunk slice. F*** this place to hell.

This pizza spot is amazing especially for a late night munchies! They stay open later than everyone else and sell through the window by the slice. Only cheese and pepperoni and it reminds me of pizza up north (Jersey) that you get off the boardwalk.

The man at the counter was enthusiastic and friendly and willing to even deliver to my home when I have my porch karaoke parties.

Best slice in town. I'm not gonna analyze each factor but when you love pizza, you know what's important. This place has it.
Apparently, they accept online orders, even when they cannot make them and end up cancelling them after the delivery driver showed up etc. They should not waste the time of the customer or delivery drive if they cannot make the order (in all fairness, they are making huge orders for the hospital, so I am not upset they couldn't make it, just that they accepted it and did not communicate at all that they could not make it until after delivery drivers had showed up etc).EDIT: After having time to reflect and seeing the owner's response, I think I was really hangry and left an unfair review considering I'd not even had the pizza yet. I apologize for this and appreciate the offer of free food, but as a restaurant business during COVID, you should not have to be giving me free food. I'm looking forward to trying the food sometime, thanks for your understanding.

Authentic NY style pizza (my hometown), nice size (20"), ready for pick-up in 15 mi as promised. Ran out of mushrooms (times are rough). Only complaint: while cheese slice is only $1.99, a whole pie starts at $20. We went there today to be supportive of their free pizzas for first responders, & are glad we went, that kind of pricing isn't going to work in this town. Also, they need a better sign (& should be clear on the phone) to find them in the way-back of the UF Plaza @ 1702 W Univ Ave.

It has a nice chill warm vibe to the place. Kind of like a New York pizzeria back up in the Big Apple. Definitely the closest thing to the authentic style and taste that is hard to replicate. Definitely glad they opened this baby up! Can't wait to see the amazing things to come in the near future!
