We drove around the parking lot a few times, only to realize that it is located inside the grocery store. The mochi donuts are amazing! They are unique and have a great texture. Will definitely buy them again.

While visiting in Gainesville, my sister told me about this really big new Asian market and I just knew I had to go. This store is huge! I was like a kid in a candy store. Asian cooking is my specialty and cooking is my therapy. So, this store was perfect for all my needs. They have so much fresh vegetables and exotic fruits. Fresh seafood that you can small once you walk in the door. I personally love the smell of fresh seafood Lol. There was so much to look at that I only got to see half of the store because everyone else was ready to go HaHa. There's also a small food area where you can order food. Even hibachi! I got a Mochi donut which was so GOOD! Kind of reminds me of a french crueler, which by the way are my favorite! There was all the Japanese snacks that I had been looking for in other Asian stores here in Jax and could never find them! I got some oyster flavored lays chips. They tasted just like oysters! So many different kinds of drinks. I did not get to look through the frozen area, but definitely will next time! The store is very clean and organized. Workers were all very helpful and kind. My new favorite Asian market!

Nice market! The layout is very easy to navigate and there's literally something for everyone. Great prices on goods and lots of fun things to try out if you're new to the cuisines offered. I do think the bubble tea inside is a little pricey for the size you get, but the matcha was excellent!

A great selection of All things Asian. Excellent service, attentive customer service. Prices are comparable. Wish they had more Korean and Japanese selections. Look out for the weekly and monthly deals like $5 lobsters, discounted vegetables, oxtails. Seafood department is very good and offers a large selection of items at very good prices! Definitely worth checking out.

This place is just getting started! It is the biggest, cleanest, most wide-ranging Asian market/deli!Wow!Make sure you have time when you come here for the first time! If you like to cook with real Asian ingredients, this will be Disneyland for you! There are frozen foods, Korean foods, Chinese foods, Japanese foods, foods in jars, spices, oh, and don't get me started on the meat department. There was a long line, so I didn't see much!!They have a coffee bar, a poki bowl station and maybe even a ramen station and a sushi station! It looked like they were still setting everything up, but the Asian Market is open folks!Get some friends and go check out the amazing foods!!

Great little place but the Google entry is very confusing, it's inside the supermarket and looks like it's the same place as tiger tea. Great little mochi donuts and bubble tea!

Just go to this place. It is on another level, a higher one. Fresh squid so big, two of them will give you squid overdose. Live whelks. Lots of other stuff too; will give updates as appetite allows

I love Enson market!I've bought plenty of sauces/ pantry staples from here, lychee & other produce too. I always plan to buy meat but never go straight home after so I haven't been able to try it out yet. I will say their meats/ fish look incredible!I've never had a bad experience here.Recently I tried the Tiger tea shop inside too and am looking forward to trying the hot food! Also, their Soju options are awesome too! Way better than Total Wine if you're looking to pick some up!

It's hard to fairly judge Enson Market because they are still adding services to their store, and by taking on the space left vacant by the Earth Fare grocery store, they have the task of working with both a large space and one that had been divided in some odd ways. They are, overall, rising to these challenges but still have a ways to go. The good:As expected for a large Chinese market, they have a fair selection of various Asian, but mostly Chinese, goods. Surprisingly, they are not as diverse in their selection of things like black vinegar as Eastern Market here in Gainesville, however. The meat and seafood counters are pretty good--good selection and prices. The drinks--bottled sodas, teas, and such--have a good selection. Fresh produce with an emphasis on East Asian items is very good and normally very fresh. No complaints there. They have self-checkout, which I feel is a must these days. They have Tiger Tea, which is a stand-alone milk tea and mochi donut stand over in the food hall section. The donuts are delicious! They also just opened up a hot pot stall next to Tiger Tea to either eat there or take away. And while I've not tried this yet, I was impressed with their selections and diversity. I was also impressed to see a lot of people--including a lot of Chinese-Americans--with smiling faces seemingly very happy with their orders here. The bad:Very little in the way of Korean or other Asian food--some kimchi and noodles, but very much lacking. Other Asian markets in town have a superior selection of Korean, Japanese, Thai, and other Asian foods despite being smaller. And again, even for Chinese cuisine, they are lacking in some areas--poor selection of vinegars and some sauces. Just not what you'd expect for a store of this size. Also, very poor selection of kitchenware and cooking supplies in contrast with many Chinese groceries of this size. Things are disorganized, but they may change as they finish sorting out some renovations. So, I am keen to see where they take things. This store has enormous potential and I think they're trying but still have a ways to go. Four stars for now, to allow them the benefit of doubt.

I come here for their rare or difficult to find exotic produce. If you have a hankering for lychees, Hawaiian sweet potatoes, purple cauliflower, or Asian pears... I suggest coming here!

Since the Daehan Korean market closed in the adjacent plaza, it is assumed that Enson Market would provide the missing products. That is not the case so far.The only other Enson Market that I've visited is in Orlando on Colonial. But, the Orlando location has prepared food and a much larger assortment. This market is mostly Chinese imported products. There were only a few unique items, like some jelly health drinks, instant mala noodles, Singapore style pork/beef jerky, and some Japanese drinks. Other than that, nothing different than the other markets in Gainesville. The Gainesville Enson is only using about 70% of their space, as the deli and cafe are just used as storage. Home goods area is almost bare.Hope that the import issues clear up soon so this market can be fully stocked and prices re-ticketed.The self-checkout system did not work very well, so I went used the regular line.
