Got a free queso for my birthday so I went to have lunch. It was a Monday so their burritos were cheaper but I was told I couldn't get my birthday queso because of the other discount... it's bs like this from Moe's as to why i only go once a year for my birthday treat... The food had seriously gone downhill. Prices have soared. I'll probably never go again. I've already deleted my app . Good riddance moes

I had a long day at the VA and just wanted to grab some grub, stopped in here first time hitting Moe’s since Atlanta. The servers were kind and professional. Food was great and the establishment was very clean by other staff member cleaning tables and mopping. I was even asked how my meal tasted which shows they care. I’ll be back next appointment.

Im pretty confident I got food poisoning from here. They dont always glove. I see them eating and drinking on the food line. They dont always wear protective attire. Dining area is dirty. I will credit the staff for being friendly but getting sick from fast food is no fun. I'll be reaching out to FDA and Florida Dept. Health.

Waited in line 10 minutes with low blood sugar during the summer at 2pm to order a homewrecker which is supposed to be certain ingredients. Instead of them simply preparing those ingredients girl keeps asking me what I want on my burrito.i have low blood sugars and so can't remember how to speak. So I'm pointing. Girl snaps at me for pointing. No signs say you can't point. They didn't get a tip. Food was excellent though.

Super clean, food was great, service fantastic. Manager on duty was very helpful, letting me try different sauces and making sure my meal was a good one.

Jaylen and Doug and the whole team have exceptional service! It was a blast to walk in and Doug and the entire team on staff had smiles on their face, great attitudes, and served enough food for my fiancé and I to share for another meal!
