Wonderful food and laid-back atmosphere. Great sandwiches, pizza, salads, and soups. The cakes are made fresh in house. Also their tea is amazing. The staff are happy and helpful. They have a standard menu as well as chef specials so there's always something new to try!
This place has been one of my go-tos for years. The outdoor seating and special events back room are quiet. The food is really good (my fave is the buttermilk chicken salad) they have a range of craft beer and cocktails. The bucket of fries are the best I've ever had with their aioli. All the stars.
The food was scrummy! Mildred and New Deal are conjoint twin restaurants. This one tries for a hip yuppy vibe but could be cleaner - Mildred is table cloth, napkins and seniors. If seniors with oxygen tubes eat there, I will trust the safety of their food. A couple of different vegetarian options at New Deal but not so much at Mildred. The waitress also told us later that they could make many Of Mildred 's vegetarian. The pumpkin cheesecake was amazing, better than cheesecake...
