Food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend if you're in the area. Also, if you are able to get lucky and have Corinne as your waitress you will have more of an enjoyable dinner.Corinne was the most pleasant waitress we have had in a very long time. She is an asset to the resturant.

We eat here a couple times a month, and food is consistently pretty good! With servers like Jessica, we will always eat here.😉

Acceptable: Ok place to dine but it wouldn’t be at the top of my list of where I prefer to go eat instead.

We ate lunch there. I got the Cod and my wife got the crab soup or something. Our food was pretty good. The service was excellent. Why not 5 stars? It was because the food was good. It wasn't great. It left a long aftertaste for some reason.

Main my wife's birthday dinner very nice. Waiter was very accommodating and attentive. Couldn't have asked for better. Food was overwhelming. Large portions, fair prices, and the flavors were excellent. Only thing missing as far as service went was no manager visit to the table to give it that personal touch. Decor was something that could use an update, but not objectionable.

This place used to be amazing. We went frequently for many years, had parties there, family get togethers, etc. It was once one of my Gainesville favs and everything anyone ordered was pretty much guaranteed to be good. The last two times, however, have been unforgivingly terrible. The meats are disgustingly over seasoned/salted, the fish was truly fishy, and they've done away with sea scallops which, again, used to be excellent and a solid go-to for a reasonably health conscious option. Major bummer for me. And while servers were always nice, they took nearly 10 min to bring silverware to the table AFTER serving the meal, and another 5+ min to bring condiments for a burger.... During a slow evening with few customers. So dinner was essentially cold by the time we had a fork and mustard. Soooo, if you're in the mood for bad to mediocre cafeteria food at reputable steakhouse prices, it might still be ok for you. Sadly, it's two strikes and you're out for us. It's highly unlikely we'll go back.

We had my mom's 100th birthday party in the private room and it was wonderful. Jessica provided excellent service; the space was perfect; everyone helped me decorate; all our guests had a wonderful time. Highly recommend this for a fun event.
