Wanted to visit Gainesville and walk the Main Streets and see the stores but it was raining so we just drove around and wanted a late lunch. I asked by cell phone, Seri, to find us a cozy, good restaurant for lunch nearby. Siri suggested Northwest Grill 2 miles away. It was perfect with great people, good food and cozy, homey atmosphere. How did we ever exist before cell phones?

We were there today when they opened first time there and we will definitely be back food was awesome service was over the top our server had several tables and we never wanted or ran out of anything didn't get her name but can't miss her great attitude and long red hair in a ponytail thanks for making it a great experience we had 6 in our party and one was a birthday girl must try restaurant

Delicious, made to order food. We did have to wait quite a bit for our food, but it was worth it. So fine dining, but not necessarily fast. The mashed potatoes were incredible!

We always enjoy going to The Grille. Great service, management, and food. They are very accommodating. The noise level depends on the folks sitting nearby, but they have an acoustical ceiling and we have no trouble having a conversation.

Phenomenal meal. My wife had the drunken grouper and I had St. Augustine shrimp with grilled grouper. Fantastic. Service was top notch. Seated and served quickly. Shout out to Jay our server for being awesome. Just what we needed to polish off 9 hours in the car. If you’re in Gainesville for any reason, this place should be top of the list!
They have only one vegan option, but it was pretty good. I occasionally go with the family, but would go more often if they had more of a selection.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Always a great experience! My family and I love stopping by after Gator games—it's the perfect way to keep the celebration going. The shrimp is phenomenal, drinks are spot-on, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Hidden gem.!.! Apps we ordered were amazing…..the alligator tail and crabmeat fondue dip. We also had sesame tuna and snow crab…..so good, very flavorful and the sides are huge portions.

The food is excellent every time. They may have the best breakfast in town and their burger is one of the best. The only negative aspect is when you want take out. For some reason when we order takeout something is always forgotten or made wrong, and I mean everytime. We've eaten at NW Grille for years and the only time there is a mistake is when we order takeout. So your best bet is to eat there.
