Service was amazing most likely because it was only me and one other table. Food was good, very pricey.

Used to be one of my favorites. Food tonight mediocre at best and bathroom dirty, missing soap and paper towels with a door too heavy to open easily for someone not a professionally weight lifter. What happened to the delicious food it used to serve and the pleasant atmosphere?

The Mongolian beef is the only dish I get here. Most flavors are muted the soy sauce on the table is a little flavorless to me.

This p.f Chang's had a newer, renovated decor to it. It seemed more open and a bit more loud than other Chang's we've been to. The service was quite slow to get out our appetizer and then they immediately brought our food. We think there was some mix-up and they gave our lettuce wraps to someone else. But there was never an explanation. The food came out and it was a bit cold and we had to ask again for the sauces that we requested when we ordered.
Visiting p.f Chang's is always a treat for us, but this was not the best experience we've had at one.

We made a Valentine’s Day reservation when we got there there was a line of people and told it would be about 30 minute wait. So why have reservations?

Reserved a week in advance for Valentine's day. Arrived, checked in, asked how long it would be and said over 30 minutes. Ruined date night since most places are packed.

I like PF Chang the few times I have visited. Their Lettuce Wraps are good; they serve it with ground chicken on the bed of some crisps with sauce. It gives a good crunch eating all together as a wrap.
Their Chili Green Beans are the best - full of flavor with a hint of ginger and garlic with chili oil.
Kung Pao chicken is packed with flavors and peanuts in it adds a great texture while eating with rice.
Show stopper is their Dynamite Chicken - it’s actually Dynamite Shrimp but since I don’t eat seafood they made it in Chicken upon request. - I loved it.
Their server kept on checking on us.

Our server Gage was awesome! We were celebrating a special occasion and felt well taken care of. Thanks Gage! Most of the food was great, but we wished the lo mein upgrade came with veggies.

We truly love dining at PFChsngs in Gainesville, FL. Located in the heart of Butler Plaza, PFC. has quickly become one of the iconic restaurants of the area. The service is always on point and the food quality always near perfection. In the world of chain restaurants, this one really stands out for us in terms of quality, service and atmosphere. We enjoyed the Red Crane sangria very much although my glass seemed to have a hole in it and somehow the refreshing drink was gone too quickly. My wife enjoyed her dis of chicken w broccoli as I enjoyed the Mongolian beef. We paired each of these w an ample serving of PFC's brown rice. This is a very nice restaurant that is well run by management and well served by the staff. The food is always consistent and flavorful.
We had a late lunch when traveling through Gainesville. We are P.F. Chang's fans and this is a good one. We didn't get our server's name, but she went above and beyond. On that day, she was wearing an animal print hair wrap. We had the lunch bowls and enjoyed everything we had. The Mongolian beef was a bit salty for our taste. The hot and sour soup and the egg drop soup were both really good. The lettuce wraps, our favorite thing at Chang's, were crunchy with water chestnuts. We really enjoyed our lunch and are grateful to our server who thoughtfully acknowledged an accomplishment we were celebrating. Thank you!
Ambi was amazing and overall a very nice guy.

Another very nice dining experience at PF Chang's, Gainesville, FL. Lettucecwraos are always a hit. And we enjoyed our entrees of chicken w broccoli and sweet honey shrimp. Both served w brown rice.
