Panera Bread

Better than the typical Panera. Modern & clean. Friendly staff. Emily was particularly helpful and obviously had the menu memorized. She even suggested some delicious deviations. Great experience. Will go again.

Besides the nice guy who took my order the entire experience has changed. Down to the bread. I asked a random employee about this and he agreed. He said everything’s changed including frozen bread. It was actually disgusting and Panera has officially became what everyone jokes it is online on social media. Nasty hospital food. Dont bother yall

As always, it was good. Had no problems at all. The broccoli and cheese bread bowl wow. Feed me now! Glad I don't have a weight problem, those have 900 calories each bowl. Wow, that's a lot, but good stuff. It was clean in there and had I not been sick, I would have stayed and ate. Very nice.

PANERA IS GOING DOWNHILL FAST! Super slow! No coffee or service at all.

So I saw this pic on the wall of a sandwich with egg and bacon hanging off all sides and cheese on a nice toasted bun. when I went to get my sandwich. I wasn't sure because it sure didn't look like the pic on the wall behind the counter. They said that was my sandwich. I went to my table with my coffee and sandwich and sat down and proceeded to eat my sandwich. I suppose it had cheese but I couldn't see it,taste it, or find it. Plenty of egg, like a folded omelette but where's the bacon. Pic on wall showing it hanging off all sides sure wasn't what I had I picked up the egg and there was one little piece of bacon, broken in half. It looked like that precooked bacon you can buy at Sam's Club. I think it was about 4-5 inches long if you put it end to end. Got rid of upper part of bun because it wasn't worth it for what was inside the sandwich. Usually the food is pretty good but this sandwich left a lot to be desired.

This morning I decided to get breakfast to go at this Panera. Placed my order fine and went over to the pick up counter. They had 4 people working in the food prep area, only one of which was actually fulfilling orders for customers in the store. There was only one man in front of me. It took 15 minutes to get my order - so frustrating.

On the sandwich the toppings were missing as requested. Small portions of macaroni and cheese as well as the bowl of chicken noodle soup.
