Have been going to Peach Valley for a number of years at the old site. This was the second time at the new building & they may only get one more chance. The food: the apple fritters were barely room temp, my husband ordered dry toast which didn't arrive until his breakfast was done, the same with the hot sauce. The young lady was very pleasant & I presume she tried but I hope she's in college for something else as this is not what she's cut out for. I got what I wanted for breakfast, something they used to have but it arrived SAR & again room temp. The final blow was that we were not even offered a refill on our $3+ a cup coffee. I truly hope the issues resolved themselves as we always enjoyed our meals there before they moved, now not so much. As I said, maybe one more try.

Parking: Behind the building. This was the second time there so we knew but the first time we went in search of a place.

Went here on Saturday for the first time with some family. Ordered a cup of soup that was almost $5 and the cup was half full and barely warm. The chicken salad was just okay.

Good place for breakfast. Imagine an upscale Denny's with a southern twist. Grits were good and so were the potatoes. Perfect for family! Service was nice and friendly. Much appreciated.

These people work hard..... for nothing, if they slowed down and actually made sure your order was right then I'd rate a lil diffrent but seeing as I've door dashed a 50 dollar order and they didn't comp me my money back for 2 missing items that came to 25 dollars on their own. They informed me I would be called and someone will help yet no call ever so I highly recommend going somewhere els mc Donald's is better and cheaper do yourself a favor.

It was one of the worst breakfast meals that I've had. They forgot my bacon and I don't know what kind of grits those were, they were way too creamy as if they were cooked with milk. The whole meal was just off and I wasted my money because I couldn't eat it

If you want friendly faces and great food, come here, my server Jeff was the best ever, sad he’s leaving! Peach cobbler was amazing as well as the fritters and steak and eggs!

Not great at all. Ordered a sandwich with no shayo (shallot/mayo mix) or onions, and it was covered in it. Bun was burned, home fries were old. Ham on my sandwich was old. Just bad.

Darling place inside and out. Safe area to stop. Excellent service, very friendly staff! Breakfast was disappointing. Thinking we just mis-ordered. Poached eggs on eggs benedict overcooked, English muffin not toasted, nice taste to hollandaise sauce though. Nicely browned potatoes served alongside as well as a tiny little cup of fruit. Husband didn’t care for pancake, which was size of a dinner plate! He said not fluffy and syrup served didn’t taste like maple syrup. Crispy bacon though. Coffee was flavorful too. Not sure we’d return when traveling through Gainesville, but it was worth a try.

I like this location better than the old one. I went on a Sunday before noon, and there was no wait.

The first time I attended the new location, I was pretty disappointed. The host station is a nightmare, the server counted the money at our table, and provided the change at our table, and counted the tip at our table. Waited 20+ minutes just to get the ticket to pay. Never received the to go cup I asked for for my coffee.

Wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt and try this place again a few months later. While we are outside waiting to be seated after waiting 25 minutes, the host walks outside, with a low voice said, "Ashley party, nope ok" then walked back inside. I walked inside right behind him and said "yeah we're here." That whole interaction was just rude. As we're being sat, he said, we can't have a high chair because it's a hazard at our table. Ok we'll at the host said I said party of 3 and a high chair, so why sit us here? The place has very low quality service and the food is mediocre at best and over priced. Won't come here again.

We aren’t from the area but we were visiting my in-laws for the weekend and they took us here for lunch. Place was packed when we arrived but we were seated surprisingly faster than expected. Their menu got a bit of everything for everyone. Our server was nice and attentive. Food took a bit to arrive but it didn’t bother us. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and delicious. Those apple fritters are a must try. We hope to come back one day.

First time here. Came for breakfast because we heard it was good and the menu looked good. Apple fritters are made of actual crack. Amazing. Roast beef hash Benedict and the Philly egg croissant are pretty effing good too. Will definitely be back to have some more crack.

The bathrooms here are so gross! I walked into every bathroom and only one was in decent enough condition to use.
