Raspberry Chocolate Croissant was excellent. Gruyère and herb quiche was very good- would certainly order this again. Pastry was flakey and perfectly baked. We took our order to go and even the packaging was elevated. A bit pricey but worth it due to the quality of ingredients and attention to detail. Don’t miss this place!!

We tried the plain croissant and really enjoyed it - crisp on the outside, soft and buttery inside, with a touch of sweetness.
The coffee, though, was disappointing. My Americano was bland, and my boyfriend’s latte tasted mostly like milk, with the vanilla flavor underwhelming and lacking depth. The presentation wasn’t great either, no latte art and the frothing technique seemed off.
Still, the outdoor seating has a nice vibe, and it’s a great spot to enjoy pastries and sit and chat.

I was very disappointed! I purchased a croissant and it was so greasy I had to throw it away. It looked beautiful but Im wondering if there was too much butter in this recipe?

Absolute Gem!! Was in town for the weekend and saw this bakery nearby. The Croissants were nothing short of perfection. Fresh, slight crisp on exterior, and soft on inside. Multiple flavors to choose from. The Spinach & Feta Rose is delicious! I am taking goodies back home for family and friends. It was worth it!

Good food and coffee !
The staff could use some customer service training .
Portion sizes are small for the costs .
12 oz coffee is the largest , adding a flavor and plant based milk for $1 each makes it likely the most expensive coffee in the county at $6.95

If I had to choose a must visit in Gainesville, this would be the spot! You can't go wrong on any of the pastries.

I made an unexpected trip to Gainesville after finding out my aunt was in a bad car accident and stopped by this place for coffee support. My family raves about their croissants, but they were out and I was a bit bummed. They gave me their macaroons instead and sent me home with a ton of goodies after finding out I drove all the way from Tallahassee. It was a tough day, but their kindness made it better. I will be stopping by on most, if not all of my visits to Gainesville from now on and I’ve already recommended them to a bunch of friends in the area. The food, coffee and service are superb.

Adorable back patio (with a power outlet). Fantastic food - I love their quiche, the raspberry choc pastries, and any of the savory pastries, and every employee I've met is kind, effective, and an all-around good hire. The coffee is pretty decent, but the pricing and policies for it are a little confusing and inconvenient at best, frustrating when not consistent. $4 for a 12oz mug of pretty good drip coffee that they can't reheat for you (a microwave seems like a useful investment for the patrons prioritizing beverage temp) - they can only top it off for you for $3 more, the cost of their small coffee. It's not the end of the world, but maybe get your hot beverages to-go if you dine in so you at least have a lid to keep it from getting cold quickly? It's probably fine on a warm day. This would be my go-to place for laptop work or studying, but the coffee menu/policies aren't really designed for that. If that's not important to you, you'll love it and leave a 5 star review. Again, fantastic food and ambiance, good coffee with overly-limiting policies, and solid employees.

While this is technically a smaller version of Uppercrust Bakery this by far is a much more inviting environment to meet up with a friend. They offer carefully crafted coffee drinks and amazing baked goods for you to choose from. The quiche is a regular's favorite no matter what flavor they are offering. If going for coffee go for the cappuccino so that you can enjoy the quality of the coffee without diluting it down with extras. Service is fast and friendly. They have both indoor and outdoor covered seating. They often sell out early so if you are planning on a late trip you might want to call in advance after 3pm.
