I just love pizza hut in general. to be honest though, I ordered a pick up yesterday. I paid for extra cheese on one of my pizzas (2 dollars extra) and there was definitely NO extra cheese on that pizza. It didn't even have the normal thick yummy cheese that its supposed to. made me and my kids very sad. worst of all I tipped 10 bucks on a 22 dollar order that I picked up myself just so I can help support the workers. don't do that to me pizza hut 😒
Notify people that they will have an extremely extended delivery times and give the option to just come pick it up instead.... prioritize the deliveries meaning deliver shortest distanced deliveries along the path of longer distanced deliveries.... don't prepare more orders than you can actually keep up with especially if you are short staffed and don't have enough drivers to get the food where it needs to be in a reasonable amount of time.... clearly we know an online order is...read full review
I see so many similar reviews. Something has to be done. These guys canceled our order without even telling us. We waited over an hour and called. One dude looked up the order and said “the driver came and knocked and tried to call like 6 times” . I told that man he was a 6 lie because no one came nor called. He put the next dude on the phone and he acted like he ain’t know anything. Then they put the next manager on the phone Mr. Jimmy. Jimmy was sarcastic and short patient....read full review
