I went to this store. Yesterday I brought a bagel from another store. Was in hospital couldn't bring it back yesterday. I went to this store being was closer. They worker was rude. Said you didn't get it from here. So I went to the other one. They replaced it and was very cautious. They told me I could gone there replace it. They said sorry about them being rude. Just went to Dunkin for the first time in years and the two gals working there this afternoon blew me away with their professionalism and genuine kindness. Whatever the managers are doing they are doing something right. Thanks gals

Terrible service coffee tasted bad and looked bad nothing like the picture also they completely forgot I had also ordered a donut and were hiding so had to stand around and wait eventually just yelling for a donut and a person appeared and kinda unbelieving second guessed if I had ordered a donut as well all on my birthdayParking: Terrible parking no good way out tons of traffic
