I absolutely loved this new restaurant in Gainesville with a couple of huge negatives. First, the food is terrific, as was the service. The place was noisy but inviting. My main negatives are that there is no accessible parking, especially for ADA compliance. We all know that even street parking in that area is a complete nightmare. The fact that there isn't a drive thru makes it even more disappointing. Given just those two negatives, my concerns are that this business is missing out in a very big way, throwing away income/business, all due to location and no drive thru. The latter alone is a huge loss of income. Raising Cane's could be doing triple the business if not more. That's how good the food is. Sadly, this was my first visit, but because of the huge effort it takes just to get there, it'll be my last. I would definitely go there a lot more. To me, it's a huge bummer when Gainesville finally gets a great place, but you don't want to deal with their accessibility or lack thereof. Otherwise, I would have given them 5 stars.

Parking: Good luck finding a parking spot free or otherwise in this area. I don't know what they were thinking.

Wheelchair accessibility: Hope your wheelchair has a motor because you'll be going a long distance from where you found parking to the restaurant. Once you make it...you're grand.

It was GameDay in Gainesville as well as Homecoming week. Our order went in fast, and the order was fulfilled quickly. Great food.

Just tried Canes for the first time. The guy at the order point was friendly and helpful and suggested what I might like. I asked for additional ketchup he said ok. At check point two the girl out asked my name and I gave it and again said I’d like extra ketchup and she gave a happy no problem. Got back with my order and only one ketchup already opened and leaked on my two napkins, no straws for my drink. I’m traveling so I didn’t have those things. Just tried calling to inform manager that maybe they need to do some double checking, but the phone just rang and rang no answer. They weren’t busy when I went through and they were still open when I called. Absent manager must be the problem. Disappointing visit.

10/10 honestly would leave a higher rating if I could. Food is always fresh and fantastic. Environment is cool. Restaurant was busy busy busy. Still got taken care of quickly and professionally.
