Red Mesa Catering provided a wonderful feast for my daughter’s graduation from medical school celebration. The food was delicious and creative. The set up and display were beautiful. All of my guests commented on how wonderful it was. One guest, a musician, commented that he had been to 1000 catered events and this was the best food he’d ever had. Red Mesa will be catering all of my events.
We had Mabelissa and her staff cater our wedding and it was wonderful! She was always very timely with her responses, the food was excellent, and they were extremely professional during our wedding! Highly recommend!! They also catered to my dietary needs!
Working with Mabelissa was a dream, and the food Red Mesa provided for our engagement party was just wonderful. Not only did it all taste delicious, but was presented beautifully. Thank you, Mabelissa!
