Mabelissa and her team went above and beyond to make my wedding perfect! The food was not only beautiful and elegant, but it was delicious. We had a tea-party style catering and it was everything I wanted and more! The sangria bar was a hit. They even helped cut and serve my wedding cake since I was a hot mess and completely forget about my own cake being cut and served.
Red mesa catered my wedding in December 2024. They were amazing! We could not have had anyone better. excellent communication leading up to the wedding. Very professional and wonderful the day of our wedding. My family all had great things to say about the food and are still talking about it! Thank you so much red mesa for making our day so wonderful and memorable!
Very professional and capable caterer. Straightforward and a pleasure to deal with. Fast set up of artfully arranged and displayed trays. Delicious food. Guests were impressed and pleased. Extensive menu with great choices. Charcuterie trays were very beautiful with great items.
