Shake Smart

I had to leave a review for the excellent service I received. The young lady named Ainsley was very nice and welcoming, and made me a great shake. Great service and great work on the management team for training their employees well. Thank you Ainsley!

Male Worker with blonde curly hair at 4:35 on a Monday, sep 22 in the reitz union gave me a half full bowl, which I contested. He told me it was a three scoop bowl in a very disrespectful way and laughed at me. Normally, service is very nice and the food is fine, but this specific encounter left an incredibly poor taste in my mouth.

Waited over 30 minutes for 2 Açaí bowl’s. One was made wrong and the other one had frozen fruit. Staff had customer tickets out of order as we were not the only ones waiting and long time.

The place changed a lot in 2 year. People are not nice not giving enough food for the money. And now the options for the bowl also reduced. Definitely I don’t recommend this.

I bought a 5 dollar 16oz matcha and it took 10 minutes waiting for the drink. The cup is not even full, there is 60% ice and 20% foam. I finished the drink in 5 small sips because there was nothing to drink.

Went in around 5:45 pm on Sunday and the employee informed me they had closed at 5:30 yet he was still taking customers and making drinks around the time I arrived. The sign outside said they closed at 6 and when I walked in and created my order he would not make my drink. Terrible customer service.

Legitimately waited over an hour for a smoothie with ice chunks in it. Terrible. Understaffed and the staff that are here aren’t even trying.

I like shame smart their shakes aren’t too amazing but I really like their oatmeal especially the chocolate chip banana bread one and they are too expensive. I have also tried their Açaí bowl, the p&a one, which was pretty decent. They have a lot of varieties for toppings and they also have protein

Very rude staff member. Was able to submit an order online then as I went to pick it and they Informed me they were closed. Showed that I was able to submit an order and asked if they had anything in. Said they were closed and very unapologetic. Said they closed at 7, yet I was able to submit at order at 7:05. Very rude.
