Smoothie King

Last week's smoothie brought me back again this week. The store looks so much cleaner nowadays. The gentlemen who handled my order last week again was there and had excellent customer service. Strawberry banana gladiator smoothie with pb was just what I needed after dentist! Last week they were out of the loaded toast but were so kind to fix everything with great customer service. Had a delicious berry toast this week thanks!

Went into smoothie King today around 4:30 PM and ordered a gogo açaí with extra strawberries and coco nubs . My açaí part was frozen. My spoon literally broken , so I couldn’t eat it . I didn’t get my extra strawberries I paid for and the manager seem to have an attitude . Will never go back 👎🏾.. Playa bowls are better and nicer .

Kacie and Candace were AMAZING! Attentive to detail and their customer service was above and beyond! With orders coming in online and people walking through the doors - they quickly and efficiently worked and made our experience wonderful. These two are top employees! Came to this smoothie king two weekends in a row. Both times not a good experience. Anytime you have rewards they somehow say the app is not working. I can go to any other location and the app and rewards work just fine. Don’t offer rewards if you can’t use them here. Have never had this issue at other locations.

Amazing smoothie place. I enjoy the Angel's Food Smoothie, which is mainly strawberry and banana. It's really great.
