I’ve been to this location multiple times and the smoothies/bowls are really good. However, today I went and wanted to order a smoothie bowl and the worker told me “we’re not making those right now”. I’m not sure if they were out of the ingredients or just did not want to make the bowl. I’m writing this review because a lot of my friends said this has happened to them too in the past.

Have come here multiple times and had a good experience. Tonight I went in to obviously buy a smoothie and a young lady named Hannah was “helping” me. She was rude and does not know how to work customer service. I was having some troubles doing stuff on my smoothie king app and she grunted and walked away without helping. I will say I did not ask her for help nor does she NEED to help me but I do work in customer service myself and have always offered to help someone (as it is your job and the right thing to do). I never leave reviews ever because I don’t care enough to but my experience tonight was not good and I left very unhappy with the way she acted at the register.

I don't usually write reviews, but I got the chocolate hulk the other day and it was so good. No smoothie king worker whips up smoothies like chiarra. Best smoothie ive ever had and I go to smoothie king daily.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SMOOTHIE KING LOCATION!!!This smoothie king location is DISGUSTING!! When you first walk in it might seem okay but NO you should run for your life!First of all the store is just dirty in general and for some reason there are always super sketchy people loitering in front of the entrance, but WAIT IT GETS WORSE. I walked into smoothie king a few days ago to get a peanut power, after i’m done ordering im watching an employee make my smoothie when i see something in one of the powders, as i look closely there is a ROACH INSIDE!!! it was still ALIVE too and it was just walking all inside of the powders. I then start to notice that there was also multiple roaches crawling on the floor, it was DISGUSTING!! I immediately left the store and threw my smoothie away!! What BLOWS MY MIND is if there are cockroaches in the powders there HAS to be roaches on everything else and it could be an infestation at this point.I really wonder if this store gets health inspections because i wouldn’t be surprised if a customer has gotten blended up cockroaches in there smoothie… EWWWW ?I DONT blame the employees i blame the OWNER, If you really cared about your business you would close down for a couple of days and tent the entire place.. thank god i’m not a mean person because i would press charges if i would’ve drank a smoothie with roaches in it… disappointing and DISGUSTING!!!! SOMEONE CALL THE HEALTH INSPECTOR!!!!!!

hannah and chiarra make going to smoothie king sooooo pleasant. They are welcoming, quick and make sure you love your smoothie even when trying new things. They have great recommendations and i love my experience everytime i see them. Drinks are perfect everytime. i had to give them their flowers. They are the reason i come to this location so faithfully.

A bad place. The guys who work there in the afternoon. They don’t even know what they are doing, they confuse orders, they confuse customers. They make incorrect orders and without ice. They confuse the size of the Smothie’s and are working disgustingly, have a mess and mix what is left over to the next order. They are not careful to add the ingredients that one is paying for. A complete chaos the place.

Took them over 30 MINUTES to do an açaí bowl wow, not sure why they add items to their menu than don’t even know how to make.After 20 minutes of ordering they guy said they didn’t have bananas. Why would you wait so long to say something like that? And when I got the smoothie bowl it was so watery that felt like soup. Are you kidding me?At least they did something right and refunded me my money.
They only take Apple Pay -- WHAT -- we left. Not to mention there are better smoothies at other places.

Extremely unprofessional, I'm currently in the store waiting on my order. I placed an order on the app ahead of time so that way I don't have to wait inside the store for too long and when I arrived there was one associate on their phone by the register doing nothing and another one in the back, my order didn't get prepared until the associate from the back came to the front of the store. One of the had their friends on the corner blasting music and chit-chatting with one another distracting employee from completing my order. It's really unprofessional to walk into an establishment and see the employees on their phones instead of doing their jobs and then because the associate who was making my order was focused on chit-chatting with his friends that were inside the store he ended up messing up my order. The app is made so that way I don't have to wait for my order I have other things to do and it's been a long day.

The man with the man bun while wearing his pajamas at work refused to help while chuckling at the new guy who was struggling while trying to be as professional as possible. Man bun boy went and sat with his friend to talk on the phone while the new guy struggled some more. Man bun was only there to collect an easy check and nothing more.

It's the first time I visited this place and I went with my daughter. We ordered an Immune Mixed Berry Smoothie, no bananas. I created an explosion of flavors in my mouth, I felt all the berries. Iit was something super refreshing and delicious. The employee was very friendly. The place looked super clean. The atmosphere there is calm, because there were not many people.In addition, the prices, for me, are quite acceptable.However, the parking lot is small.
