I waited 40 minutes for gator bites and fries combo and small catfish bites. When I went to see why 6 other people that ordered after me got their food they said they were waiting for catfish bites. When I got the catfish bites they were cold. Mind you they said they were making them to order when I ordered. I took them back and they gave me filets instead and they were soggy on the bottom. It was, over all, very disappointing experience.
Stopped by today and just after 130pm. Was greeted rudely after standing where it says to order. Then when I asked for a Spicy chicken sandwich the woman at the grill said she can’t do that. So I asked for tenders, again, she can’t do that… We got Asian Choa instead.
The front of house staff could use some customer service training.
