We booked a birthday celebration for my sons 4th birthday. I was assisted over the phone by Nate who set up the mega bowl birthday package. I clarified with him that I could bring in outside food ect. Upon arrival we were stopped by the supposed manager Madison Dollman. She said that we were unable to have outside food even after being told by another employee we could. Was not happy with my experience is it on Monday nights from 10 to 12 enjoy a $.25 bowling shoes, drinks and food . Food was stopped at 9 o’clock so I had to take my son to the waffle House at the words to eat when he wanted pizza and wings from there
