Absolutely terrible management - it is astonishing the level of poor customer service they have.
I came in around 4:10 pm today. Waited in line, only two people working who were incredibly busy and did not get the chance to help me. The young woman working was clearly overwhelmed and working as fast as possible.
A manager came in to berate them for allowing drive up orders to fall behind, state that anyone in line is on hold, and make drive ups their only focus.
This manager did NOT jump in to help a clearly behind team, just shame them for allowing drive up orders to fall behind. There should be better staffing to prevent these situations, or another team member jumping into help instead of just lecturing the working employees.
Also, if you’re going to tell someone else to ignore the line while we can hear you, it would be kind to come over and say it yourself, instead of delegating to the people actually working hard.
After standing in line about 7 minutes, I left - unhappy with management, not the stressed souls actually working.

Trevor has made my experience here!! Every time I come into Target and order coffee here I am instantly more excited to see him! He is always so friendly and kind, asking people about their day and being overall a very fun person to be around. I’ve asked him for recommendations before and he has given great ones every single time! He even offered to make me a new drink if I didn’t like the one I was trying. Overall, he is an amazing person and employee and I hope he’s treated well here because he deserves it!

We went in and ordered a latte with very light ice, and they filled it to the brim with ice. The drink was still good, but not what I asked. They were not busy so it wasn't that sort of issue.

Personally I don't trust starbucks imbedded into department stores or grocery stores because they're separately owned meaning they run on their own rules instead of Starbucks corporation rules for making drinks. The drinks won't be wildly different but normally they aren't made the exact same (I've worked for starbucks as my source). Same goes for airports however there was nothing wrong with the drinks I got so I can't complain and the 2 baristas were cracking jokes with each other and customers which is pretty rare to see sometimes so I have to give them the full 5 stars just don't expect this experience that I had for your visit. I got the new seasonal roasted chestnut latte and my S/O got the strawberry acai lemonade refresher without dried fruits they were both fine and they remembered to not add the fruits!
Parking: Huge parking lot but you normally have to park pretty far away from the building but a little walking never hurt anybody
