Only accepts mobile orders that require a Starbucks card with minimum $10 load fee. Just go to the Hub. Absolutely stupid business decision

They just reopened as mobile only, which is fine. However, they messed up my order and when asked to remake and what was wrong they did the same thing again.

Ive went a total of once and they messed up my order but this barista Audrey was super nice, got my order correct, fixed the issue, and read my child a bedtime story while also saving my family from a house fire. Ps. I LOVED the music but was very disheartened when i heard they got rid of it.

They make amazing Frappuccinos. Best workers ever, idk why this girls be leaving such bad reviews for no reason. They are great, this is my favorite starbucks from campus.
Only go with my fianceé, and they have never a single time gotten her order right. Staff is woefully unhelpful and impolite regardless of the time of day or week. Embarassing both for the company and for the university, since its staffed primarily by students.
So my complaint is that this is not the first time I have placed an order ahead and 1. they don’t have what I ordered and cannot give me a refund. 2. Made me wait an absurd amount of time for my order to be completed.
The only thing this Starbucks manages to do consistently is get my order WRONG. The amount of times I have had normally sweet lattes come out from this location bitter is astounding, and if you complain to an employee, they just give you a blank look... because they don't speak English. As I am typing this review, I am holding an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso that seems to just be oatmilk poured on top of one or two shots of espresso- no syrups, no nothing. If I am paying 6 dollars for a drink at finals time I would like it to come out right.
i mean this is by far the worst starbucks i’ve ever been to, i’ve gone 3 times & they’ve messed up every single time. just forgot to make my mobile order the first time, then made my drink wrong, & then forgot my pastry which was the only thing i ordered.. the one star is bc the worker was nice one of the times lol. i get this is at a college but im gonna literally start going to a different starbucks before i go to campus
Someone give my man Yagnesh a raise/promotion IMMEDIATELY. His service was beyond impeccable! He greeted me with a giant smile and honestly made my entire day. I will continue buying from here just for him to take my order 🙏
Every time my friends and I step foot into this Starbucks, it is an awful experience. We keep coming back since we always study at Marston and this Starbucks is the only nearby food place open late. Like clockwork, every.single.time.we.go our order is messed up, they are out of food, no one speaks English, and on top of that, everyone is rude. It seems like every worker does not want to be there and treats every customer with insane attitude. It is very unpleasant to deal with this as, we just want a simple treat, after being stressed about school, and we always have to deal with attitude, no one understanding English, and we paying insane prices for the completely wrong order. It is a very stressful experience and I believe the school should do a better job in the hiring process, and at least hire workers that know how to make a Latte (and understand the English language).

I came in twice since this semester started, once at about 11:30 am on a Wednesday, and again at 6:40 on a Sunday night. The first time my drink took 40 minutes to come out, which was fine because it was a busy time. Today, Sunday, I ordered at 6:45 pm and waited until 7:10 before asking about my drink. the barista said he would get to it. There were about 2 other people in the store at the time, and several more cycled through grabbing mobile orders and ordering at the counter and receiving their drinks. i waited 10 more minutes and no dice, so i asked again. he commented someone must be stealing drinks and finally made it for me in about 2 seconds. i know for a fact that no one was stealing drinks because i stood there the entire time listening and waiting for my drink. i think they must be losing tickets or messing up the order of orders they've received in some other way? either way, i'm pretty peeved to have waited 40 minutes for a drink when it was extremely slow for the majority of the time i was there.
I ordered at 10:05 am on the app when they opened at 10:00 am and the wait time said 11 minutes. Knowing this starbucks, I knew it would take longer so I waited until 10:30 to go pick up my order. When I got there my drink and muffin were both not ready. I left and returned at 10:50 and only my drink was ready. I tried asking about my muffin but was ignored and two employees rolled their eyes at me. I left again and returned at 11:15 and my muffin was still not there. My friend mentioned that another customer might have taken it, which is not possible at this location because they keep the mobile orders well behind the counter. Which is another issue because I have had numerous times when asking for my order that I can see is done and the employees ignore me. Will not be returning here.

I really wish I was joking, but today around 8:15-8:45 PM, I witnessed a Starbucks employee putting his mouth on the shaker to try the leftover iced green drink that he had just made for a customer. Then his coworker approached him, and they both started laughing. Are you serious? This shaker is used for everyone's refresher drinks, and yet there's an employee who thinks it's okay to put his mouth on it. I'm surprised no one else saw it but me... but then again, he had his back turned to everyone while I happened to catch him as I was entering the store. VERY UNACCEPTABLE.

The worst Starbucks in the history of Starbucks. Save your time and go to the International Office or Library West. I’ve waited more than 0.5 for a simple cappuccino.
