I came in twice since this semester started, once at about 11:30 am on a Wednesday, and again at 6:40 on a Sunday night. The first time my drink took 40 minutes to come out, which was fine because it was a busy time. Today, Sunday, I ordered at 6:45 pm and waited until 7:10 before asking about my drink. the barista said he would get to it. There were about 2 other people in the store at the time, and several more cycled through grabbing mobile orders and ordering at the counter and receiving their drinks. i waited 10 more minutes and no dice, so i asked again. he commented someone must be stealing drinks and finally made it for me in about 2 seconds. i know for a fact that no one was stealing drinks because i stood there the entire time listening and waiting for my drink. i think they must be losing tickets or messing up the order of orders they've received in some other way? either way, i'm pretty peeved to have waited 40 minutes for a drink when it was extremely slow for the majority of the time i was there.

I ordered at 10:05 am on the app when they opened at 10:00 am and the wait time said 11 minutes. Knowing this starbucks, I knew it would take longer so I waited until 10:30 to go pick up my order. When I got there my drink and muffin were both not ready. I left and returned at 10:50 and only my drink was ready. I tried asking about my muffin but was ignored and two employees rolled their eyes at me. I left again and returned at 11:15 and my muffin was still not there. My friend mentioned that another customer might have taken it, which is not possible at this location because they keep the mobile orders well behind the counter. Which is another issue because I have had numerous times when asking for my order that I can see is done and the employees ignore me. Will not be returning here.

I really wish I was joking, but today around 8:15-8:45 PM, I witnessed a Starbucks employee putting his mouth on the shaker to try the leftover iced green drink that he had just made for a customer. Then his coworker approached him, and they both started laughing. Are you serious? This shaker is used for everyone's refresher drinks, and yet there's an employee who thinks it's okay to put his mouth on it. I'm surprised no one else saw it but me... but then again, he had his back turned to everyone while I happened to catch him as I was entering the store. VERY UNACCEPTABLE.

Super Hard workers!

Vegetarian options: Kale mushroom egg bites, egg white egg bites, spinach feta wraps, sriracha, bagels, croissants, impossible sandwiches, alternative milk options available for drinks.

Dietary restrictions: Vegan drink options, keto drink options, sugar free vanilla available, splenda, Stevia, honey, agave available on request. Soy milk, almond milk, oatmilk, coconut milk also usually available upon request.

The people that work here are nice, but they have no sense of urgency. I used to work at Starbucks and it’s taken a lot for me to write this. Whoever does the order isn’t doing it to match the volume of this store because they run out of products constantly. Either that or the store is experiencing massive shortages constantly, on which case, they should vocalize that instead of a handmade sign saying they are out of it. This store is a cafe only with no seating inside but who is training these people to go so slowly?! People are on their way to class or work, the urgency is just not there whatsoever. Lastly, the quality of the drinks are hit or miss. I’m sorry to write such a bad review, I just have never had a good experience nor do I know anyone that has.

Worst Starbucks on campus. They somehow manage to take 30 minutes to do the most basic coffee and still mess it up. They are always blasting terrible music too just to torture you while you wait. 0 starts

I went to your University of Florida Marston Science Library location this morning and received the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I went there a few days ago and the barista that made my drink forgot to add milk and I politely asked for her to remake it and she very snarkily said she was very busy and asked what I wanted from her. She said "I'll remake it I guess", then rolled her eyes, but I told her she can just give me a side of milk in a cup if that is easier for her. She then just handed me the milk and did not say a word. I went back today nervous to have her making my drink again, I ordered a grande iced espresso and received a hot grande espresso and informed her I ordered it iced. She then said "Well it didn't say iced on the order, so..?" I then told her I verbally told the cashier I would like it cold. Then she said "Ok?? Do you want me to remake it?" in a very rude tone. I said yes then she remade it as a tall size. I then told her it was grande then she proceeded to tell me what I ordered only comes in tall and if I wanted a grande I should have ordered something else (even though my friend ordered the exact same thing and had no issues). She was EXTREMELY rude and was trying to argue with me for no reason. This whole interaction was UNPROVOKED. I would understand more if I was rude first, but she started the interaction with a nasty attitude. I asked for her name and she said "My name is Chloe and I'm the supervisor if you have a problem". I will not be returning to this store and am extremely disappointed.

Horribly inefficient service. I've waited in line for over 30 minutes several times only to get my order wrong. Be prepared to wait for half an hour only to get an explanation that they "forgot" your order.
