I have become very disapointed in Starbucks and their brand lately. The last 3 orders at 3 different locations have been sub-par for the prices we pay for the drinks. I feel like corporate is cutting corners & shortchanging the customers. They’re in a location where a lot of people pass through. I think the demand will probably always exceed the supply. That’s a recipe for a long customer wait time. Plus, they need to be fully / overstaffed consistently.
They were pretty slow when I went here and they didn't go in order. Ex: some people that ordered after were getting their food before others and some people had to wait for multiple things instead of them just giving it to you all at once. Just a little unorganized, but there was a ton of people there. They could probably use a better system though. It all tastes good though.
