Screwed up my girlfriend's I-20 form and failed to send follow-up emails regarding getting her driver's license renewed.
We wasted several hours trying to find the paperwork we needed only to be told by someone there that we had to complete steps found in a few emails that were never sent. It'd be nice if they were a little more receptive/competent to the needs of international students.
