The workers do the best they can, but they’re understaffed and need an adult (non-student) manager on-site to direct them. They often seem overwhelmed and disorganized, and their wait times have gotten horrible (30+ mins) the last few weeks. Even for pickup orders.
The line in the drive-thru went by relatively quicker than usually. The staff was friendly and attentive, plus they got my order correct from the get-go. Definitely enjoy coming here. The only thing that sucks is the parking.
Good product, but sitting here on a Saturday afternoon with the line 19 cars deep in the drive thru, and line moving ridiculously slow. 20 minute wait just to order. 25 minutes to receive my coffee.
