Don’t get me wrong I love Starbucks but to tell me I have to make a purchase before asking for FREE WATER is not only stupid but just rude not to mention the size I received after. Customer service goes a long way into the atmosphere of your store & I personally was not pleased.

It's nice to have seating. The original model of coffee shops factors in costs for the environment in the beverage. However it has been a hit or miss experience. I paid 6$ for a cappuccino and ended up with a latte. It took a while for them to take the order as only one person was managing everything for most part. I guess the boomers have a point when they talk about wasting money on expensive coffees. Starbucks is meh, a place to get frozen sugary nonsense and not good coffee. Indie coffee spots make amazing coffees at comparable or lower prices. You often get cappuccino when you order cappuccino, not a latte. Don't come at me with it's not the employees' fault - go read how capitalism works when it works. Everyone can blame everybody else but when you pay for good coffee and service, it's not wrong to expect them. Everyone works hard to earn.

Second time coming to this coffee shop, and the coffee has no taste whatsoever resembling coffee. I even ask for an extra espresso shot!

No drive-thru mint I had to go into the store and take extra time to grab a coffee. It would have been wonderful except I didn't have extra time to spare. The staff are all very friendly and work quickly and efficiently to fill orders. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting.
If you bring in a used cup from McDonalds, or a locally derived "Artisan Mason Jar", they will give you your first cup of coffee for free. Homemade soaps that contain Royal Bee Jelly will also qualify for a free set of Starbucks Napkins, (this bonus is weird because I always take as many as possible anyway). The front bathroom has a repurposed barn door from Ecuador that makes a Brazilian Bat sound when entering and exiting the edifice, it's so charming and entertaining. This location also provides a free armpit and foot wash machine in each bathroom too. The best barista is Tazz, (two zz's), I hear he gives free hacky sack lessons in the local park on his lunch break and he has a Facebook page dedicated solely to Panther Tatoos from the mid 80's....(wow, so random but so cool at the same time, too). All in all, I really have to hand it to them because they're able to make corporate coffee feel like it's not really corporate coffee, "(air-quotes)" P S. Don't forget to ask about the secret "Patchouli Oil-Car Scent Club" before leaving.

This location does not brew batches of drip coffee regularly, so if you are the first to order a coffee in the morning, you’ll wait longer for your drip than any of the fancy espresso based drinks.
I was told that half and half is the same as cream.
