I love their burgers and fries, careful with doordash deliveries, sometimes dashers forget an item or 2. Overall amazing food for a quick snack or meal. Still my favorite even today!

We filled out the survey on the reciept to get a free shake and never got an email to redeem them. We asked to meet the manager to talk about it and had to wait for over 20 minutes. Not cool

Stake and shake have fallen so far. I paid 12.78 for no service and poor quality of food. The kiosk even asks to leave a tip. This is so sad. I use to love steak and shake.

miserable service. we got there at 1130, no where close to closing and they refused to sell us milkshakes. they told us they weren't making any more shakes. we asked when they stopped serving shakes and then they said they were short staffed. restaurant was absolutely empty. they had at least three workers, none of which were doing anything. we went around front and watched two employees talk for like 3 or 4 minutes doing nothing else work related.

Dined in and staff ignored us and made our order to-go. Then pretended to not notice us when we told them we were dining in. They proceeded to put out food at the take-out window instead of serving us. We tipped on the Kiosk and definitely selected Dine-in.
Ignored for 15-20 mins everytime I pick up an order here. Worst customer service experiences I've have in all of Central Florida. 2 years later. Still horrible service. Manager should be fired if anyone can find him. Maybe he's out behind the dumpster on his phone

tried to order a milkshake at the voice box in drive through at 11:22 pm (close at 12) and the lady at the drive through was rude asf and refused to let me order one. the people in the car right ahead of me had ordered 2 milkshakes so i asked if i could add one she said no. 🤷🏻♀️ not only this but after i ordered a burger with grilled onion (extra $1-2), they made it wrong and didn’t put the grilled onion on that cost me extra $
