“If you go to any subway in town, make sure you come HERE. Aiden is the realest, the subs are always fresh. The store is beyond clean, and the customer service is always SPECTACULAR. From being greeted the moment your hand basically touches the door to enter the store, to the pure honesty and hard work they put into making sure every single customer is beyond satisfied is amazing, and I will forever appreciate them. Just don’t waste your time and go straight to.“

“This is one of the nicest subway locations I have been to. It is incredibly clean. The staff are super nice and have chill vibes. My sandwich was toasted perfectly and they didn't skimp on any of the ingredients and I ordered online. Whoever is running this location should be proud. The quality of the ingredients was also great, perfect lettuce.“

“My son and I visited Subway like we usually do .This was on Thursday evening after we get off from the courthouse. Anyway I got a Tuna which I love and a Bmt . When I tell you that those sandwiches were incredibly great .Fresh Bread and veggies. And the Ladies were very knowledgeable and Friendly. Will continue to stop here. People quick to complain but I want to give a positive review.“

“always good, always fast. a little busier during super fast hours, so I'd recommend going before 12 or after 2 if you want quicker service, but they're fast and accurate any time of day. not the cheapest, but it's definitely convenient. 10/10 will be ordering again! (those pretzels are absolutely dangerous)“

Parking: I was able to park right in front of the business, But I had to maneuver through several rows of other cars that had to deal with an auto repair place or something.

Wheelchair accessibility: There did not appear to be any designated wheelchair ramp or a self opening door.“

“Went today for lunch and 10/10 I was in awe. The bread was so fresh and soft and delicious, the veggies were crisp and crunchy, service was fast and friendly, the staff was communicative and efficient. Absolutely will go out of my way to patron this location!“

“Andy and Johnathan are the dream team. I order every weekend and a lot of the time they’re flying solo and they operate together seamlessly. Keeping up with orders and engaging with customers while also keeping the line moving. They’re both impressive and invaluable staff, I hope this makes it to their management team, they deserve recognition for their tireless work and positive personalities in what could quickly become overwhelming lines!“

“I haven't had subway in many years and recently started ordering from this location and am very pleased! The environment is clean and I absolutely love the veggie sandwiches! The young woman who was working this evening was very friendly and welcoming!“

“Booked a room here recently for a UF tour, which also leaves from Reitz Union. Room was very basic but comfortable. Beautiful view of campus with a huge balcony. Wifi was fastest of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Room was very quiet (in fact I started to wonder if anyone else was in the hotel). Hotel can be tricky to find and getting from the parking garage back to the hotel does require some instructions but if you're touring UF or have any business on campus I can't imagine staying anywhere else.“

“The service was prompt. The young lady fixing my sandwich was polite, professional and very patient with me even when I couldn't make up my mind about what toppings to put on my sub.

Vegetarian options: They sale veggie subs. I haven't tried it yet but it's nice to know that they offer them on their menu.

Parking: The parking lot was large and there were several slots very close to the Subway sandwich shop which made it easier for me to enter the store without having to do a lot of walking.

Wheelchair accessibility: There was a wheelchair ramp with railings near the entrance.“

“Great subway to go to when you're heading to a park! My partner and I like to take our dogs to squirrel ridge, and this subway is just down the street a short ways. We always get the subs and head over to let the puppers have the time of their lives!

Service is usually a little bit slow though, so if there's a long line you'll be there slightly longer than you'd probably expect“

“Ordered the Turkey Vault. Firstly they said the fresh mozzarella was out of stock. Then the guy went on to toast the sub with all the veggies and burnt some of them. And to top it off he did not even add the guacamole to it. Horrible service from this store.The one down south on NW 13th St is far better than them.Update - Was able to get hold of the manager to get the refund“

“My family enjoyed the subs that Courtney made. What I appreciate the most is that she washed her hands before making them. She was very patient with me & I greatly appreciate it. Brooklyn was great as well when she cashed me out. I appreciate the extra care.. wink wink!! ?“
