I haven't had subway in many years and recently started ordering from this location and am very pleased! The environment is clean and I absolutely love the veggie sandwiches! The young woman who was working this evening was very friendly and welcoming!

The place is clean with some great service but when I ordered my sub they put the honey mustard on the bread and I thought why they did that your just ruined a perfect sub.

Go for the breakfast wraps, pass on anything else is pretty much my experience at this Subway.Located in the Haile Plantation shopping center which among other take-out places includes a pizza place and Bamboos (Chinese). Time after time after time, I've made online orders asking for more jalapenos or extra oil and vinegar or to omit a topping or few, and likewise these requests have gone unsatisfied. That's repeatedly meant that instead of enjoying something right out of the wrapper I've got to crack open my own fridge and pantry to dress my sub or salad properly.I have a suspicion as to why.Lots of relatively affluent, older folks reside in the Haile area, a fair number of whom I'm sure look down upon Subway or any chain restaurant workers as proles or serfs or < insert group of people one considers beneath them here >. Some might even go out of their way to be a Karen and nitpick or scold or otherwise express their disdain by dumping on staff for not being the perfectionists their customers feel "reasonable" to expect of minimum wage working people in an at at will employment deep red state. I've known and worked across from the type, and I strive not to be one of them.Sadly, I think I've fallen victim to what to me outside looking in seems like the staff's default mindset that, more likely than not, that GenX me on the other side of an online order might be an elder whose ancient taste buds and cataract-dimmed eyeballs (thanks, Florida sun!) won't notice toppings or dressings missing.All that aside, the BLT breakfast wrap is available all day and with just pepper jack, mayo, spinach, and tomato, it makes a consistently well-prepared favorite for my wife, especially, with her sometimes sensitive digestion.I'll certainly continue to hit the Haile location up for that, but for actual subs the Newberry Rd location near HCA Florida is my new best friend going forward as the sub I'm enjoying now makes Haile's pale in comparison. I really shouldn't be gobsmacked that it's simply got not just accurate but abundant toppings, but here I sit, munching happily.

Very good service from the two young gentlemen working on 3/18/23 at 1pm. Both were multitasking and spoke to customers while still multitasking. They shared making sandwiches and cashiering fluently.

I placed a online mobile order and ended up couldn’t make it there so I called right away. I called and called and called. Over 10+ times. No answer they unplugged their phone. So I filed a claim for my money back but they denied it cause “it was authorized” though I never received it!! Worst location ever!

My wife need to eat by the hours ,and we try to get food right away,,and we come to nearest Subway,but the line was to the door,plus delivery persins,It's terrible!!! We wait 40 minutes! And we don't get our food, we turn around and go to different places to eat.
