They’ve had “distribution issues” for three months, meaning that they’re constantly out of like 40% of the things they’re supposed to have. I went today at 5:30pm and they didn’t have turkey, ham, or any of the Italian meats. No ones trying to eat steak from Subway😭😭🙏🙏. Also how do you have the same issue for 3 months as a multi billion dollar company, if it was the pandemic or something I’d get it but it’s not.

1 star only because the sandwich was halfway decent. Customer service was terrible and the staff were extremely difficult to understand and communicate with. Both employees acted like it was their first day on the job. I dont know how they got the job or why they are working at a Subway.

The employees work hard and are nice but I have seen some of them preparing the food while touching their phones and then continue preparing sandwiches with the same gloves. Please train your employees about food safety, specially as they are dealing with ready to eat food. This is basic information that they need to know and apply!

It makes no sense to have 3 workers there just chatting while they could be helping who’s in the line. Yes one employee was helping someone already but was going so very slow and the others just stood around doing nothing. It’s enough counter space for 2 people to be working on subs not just one person. And yes this is the subway on campus but last time I checked it’s not as busy as it was before COVID so therefore those that are there working should be doing just that not sitting around talking when customers are waiting.
Really understaffed took 30 mins to even get my food. We had to clean a table to even sit down. The food was delicious.... They work one lady like a dog it crazy

Always skimpy. No matter what Subway you go to you always have more bread than meat, tuna or chicken. But, the bread is always fresh and the workers are courteous.

Workers here are fellow college students that make the experience a lot better than any other Subway. Cracking jokes with the workers makes the waiting time go faster. Work ethic and service quality are amazing.
