i loved this cooking, not gived me utensil but i destroy anyway

Horrible customer service. Always out of everything. Didn’t wrap my sandwich properly and was aggressively assembling the sandwich and throwing ingredients into the bins furiously. You will be stared at by the workers. They make it seem like you didn’t pay for it.

Protect your peace and don’t go here!!!! I waited in line (I was 2nd in line) for 45 minutes, while 2 women were working (on 11/25/24 at 3 pm.) and it took them 45 minutes to do 3 orders. They never looked up and looked at people in the restaurant, just took their time with online orders. I finally asked if they were even doing in-store orders and then the workers both gave me and the girl infront of me a lot of attitude, being extremely rude. They finally took our order, and when the lady went to put my sandwich in a bag, she SQUEEZED my sandwich. Please look at the photo of my sandwich.

This place is sacrilege to the art of the submarine sandwich. One star.

I was doing so well until it was my turn to order and I told a subway worker what I wanted and they were like “12 inch or 6 inch” and rolled their eyes at me like I was crazy when I had said whole before. Then grabbed a roll from behind them clenched it, and slammed it on the counter. At that point I had almost just wanted to walk away. I didn’t even say but two words to them, and they were catching an attitude. Y’all gotta do better.

The staff needs the training to welcome customers. They all were shouting and chatting with each other and there was a large queue of customers waiting for orders. Even if you give orders from the kiosk I had to wait almost 25 minutes for my sub.

It probably shouldn’t have taken 20 minutes to make 4 sandwiches ahead of me.

So fast I thought it was jimmy johns. Excellent!

So slooooooooowwww. They weren't even busy, there was 2 people behind me and 2 in front and I still waited 10 minutes after my sandwich was finished to actually pay. Guy at the register walked away to gossip after the lady in front of me paid, I could have just taken my sandwich and left if I wanted to.

The person was confused and made me confuse with order and started blaming and yelling. It's okay I am not even complaining about the order just calm down and treat customers with respect.

Terrible atmosphere unless you are a regular. They teat you terrible which makes it a unwelcome place to visit unless you are a local. They wait on people out of turn because they know them. it is not a first come buisness..

Was there for orientation preview and it was busy but ladies behind the counter did a great job!

Not fancy, but comfortable with awesome views of UF campus. The seasonal prices are so reasonable compared to nearby hotels! Includes a self service basic breakfast on each floor. Large balconies are fun!

Moldy smell, unhelpful staff, poorly lit rooms, uncomfortable beds. Great location for preview but awful hotel. Stay elsewhere and save yourself the discomfort. Hotel Eleo was much better, albeit a little farther away the center of campus.
