Not fancy, but comfortable with awesome views of UF campus. The seasonal prices are so reasonable compared to nearby hotels! Includes a self service basic breakfast on each floor. Large balconies are fun!
Booked a room here recently for a UF tour, which also leaves from Reitz Union. Room was very basic but comfortable. Beautiful view of campus with a huge balcony. Wifi was fastest of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Room was very quiet (in fact I started to wonder if anyone else was in the hotel). Hotel can be tricky to find and getting from the parking garage back to the hotel does require some instructions but if you're touring UF or have any business on campus I can't...
Comfortable, convenient on campus hotel at reasonable price. Supposed to include continental breakfast on the floor but was MIA. Convenient to walk to most campus buildings for meetings. Room is clean and bed is comfortable.
