After reading through multiple reviews, it’s clear the owner has a response or excuse for everything but doesn’t truly take accountability. While they apologize in comments, the same complaints about customer service and food quality keep coming up. When so many people are saying the same thing, that speaks for itself.

Thank you for your response. However, I need to correct several inaccuracies in your statement.
During my visit, I was present for less than 10 minutes and did not dine. I ordered the all-you-can-eat option and was recommended a drink. After taking a sip and realizing I did not like it, I politely asked if it could be exchanged. I was then approached by three different staff members with inconsistent information about whether an exchange was possible.
At one point, my drink was taken and placed at the front counter near the register without clear communication. I had to leave my seat to follow up and understand what was happening, as I was receiving conflicting answers.
I was ultimately informed that I would still be charged. At that point, since we could not reach a mutual understanding regarding the drink, I clearly communicated to your staff that I would not be dining and made the decision to leave.
To be clear, I did not consume any food, nor did I “dine and leave” as implied. Any reference to a “bill left unpaid” appears to stem from a transaction that I had already declined to proceed with after notifying your staff.
I take issue with the implication that I acted in bad faith. I communicated my decision before leaving, and I expect an accurate representation of that interaction. I stand by my original statement and hope this provides clarity for anyone reading. After leaving the restaurant I proudly spent my money elsewhere and continued my evening never knew a sip of saki would cause this much confusion and the owner stated 2 shots was consumed …. After pouring a small amount to taste it, I realized I did not like it. I did not consume “two shots” as stated. In fact, once I determined I was dissatisfied, I poured the small amount I had tasted back into the bottle so there would be no misunderstanding that I intended to keep or consume it…….. not to mention when I first arrived Upon being seated, the waitress asked if we wanted Hennessy, despite it not being offered on the menu. That, along with the immediate tone of the interaction, made me feel unfairly profiled from the start.

I had a really disappointing experience at this sushi restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude and unwelcoming. I asked to sit at a booth, and instead of a polite response, I was met with attitude and poor customer service.

this place is definitely a hit or miss ! when i first started coming the service was fast, good, and they never seemed to forget any of our food regardless of how busy they were. many of the recent times i had been though, it seemed like they would “forget?” some of the dishes i ordered or they would take way longer than the other dishes. there has been times when i waiting so long for nothing i just asked for the check and left. the most recent time though, i only filled out 6 of the 8 boxes on my paper and they didn’t even bring them all out!! i tried sending in another paper but it took almost 30 min to receive absolutely nothing so i just took myself up to the counter and left. seems like service has gotten worse over time? i understand waiting a bit longer because their busy. i get it. but completely forgetting food is ridiculous! BUT the food is great for a 25 dollar ayce sushi! so no complaints when ur comes to the food :)

This place is exceptional. We made a last minute decision to come here & so happy we did. Didn’t realize we stumbled in during their “all you can eat” special. The food was amazing quality and out of our part of 3, we enjoyed every dish that was served. Sandya did a great job taking care of us. We will definitely be returning.

This was one of the worst all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant experiences we’ve ever had.
We were a group of four people, and the biggest issue was the food quality. Almost everything that came to the table tasted very poor. After trying several dishes, most of us left food on the table simply because it was not good. It wasn’t about ordering too much. The food was simply very disappointing.
What made the situation worse was how the manager handled everything. The manager, Sandi, came to our table and was extremely rude and confrontational. Instead of asking if something was wrong with the food or showing any concern for us as customers, she immediately focused on charging a “wasted food” fee. No one seemed to care about our experience or why the food was being left. Their only concern was the food that might be thrown away.
To make things even more uncomfortable, the person cleaning tables abruptly asked us to get up so he could clean while we were still sitting there. The entire experience felt rushed and disrespectful.
To top it all off, after we paid the bill, Sandi told us not to come back again. Imagine that level of customer service after paying for a meal.
So if you decide to come here, be prepared to either force yourself to eat very poor quality food or pay extra because you didn’t like it, and on top of that be treated rudely by the staff. This was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this restaurant.
Very bad restaurant bad service bad food etc, waited for the food for like 30 minutes the meat was hard the manager did not want to clean up our table after we tried the food and did not even wanna eat it of how bad it was she said I had to pay an extra 14 dollars because i didn’t eat all the food and I understand it’s policy but she is not gonna force me to eat the food. Btw my stomach started hurting 20 minutes after leaving the restaurant.
