I went to this restaurant on 12/7/24. When I arrived, there was no host/hostess. I arrived at 5:55p. I sat down as no one was posted to receive my family and me. The woman arrived around 6:04p and asked if anyone was assisting us...smh. Obviously not. She didn't apologize for the wait and sat us and asked us if we were ready to order...smh. I told her we need to look over the menu. She asked for the drink order we placed the order. Then she arrived back shortly after. She asked were we ready and we were not as we were still deciding. She then went behind the bar and served the other customers. Around 6:13 we were ready to order. We watched her move somethings around on a table and go to another table and take their order. I refused to flag her down, so I watched her do what she was doing. After we sat until 6:45. I let her know my family and I were leaving, and I am willing to pay for out drinks. She said I asked you 5 times! (a lie) To avoid getting out of character I simply walked away and signaled for my family to exit the restaurant. This woman was Caucasian with short hair and glasses and face piercings I didn't see a name tag, but she wanted to make a scene. Very unprofessional and very unacceptable!! This is not the first time we had come to this location and experienced a long wait and bad service. I went out with some friends and had a similar issue, and we decided to leave without ordering. After this second time with my family, I will never go back, and it is a shame on management. They should shut this place down. ASAP!! Please pull the camera for your reference.

We ordered the tater tots that were cooked well but no hint of truffle. My fish was cooked ok, clearly frozen, French fries were soggy. The topper was the cole slaw with no dressing. Pointed that out to the waitress who brought another cup with no dressing and admitted their coleslaw sucked. All this subpar food at higher prices.
Love the mushroom burger. I love that I can watch the football game

This is my favorite restaurant. We eat here all the time I belong to the fridays club So I get free salsa and chips every visit and I get points for every visit that I use to receive free entree’s. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone 12/01/24 We are still in love with Fridays. MJ was our server today and she was awesome. The club Changes but the deals are still awesome the people friendly and ready to serve. I 🩷Fridays
