I ordered the black tea with black sugar boba. It was perfect! I don't like my boba tea very sweet and it's hard to find places that make it to my taste. The spring rolls were delicious too. Great job; I'll definitely be back.

Messed up my order multiple times on separate occasions. What’s the point of having a kiosk and allowing us to order with specifications if they are not being followed? Completely wrong order with wrong order number, and these cups were handed to me. I did not randomly grab it.
Waste of my time and money coming here. I ordered two drinks under order #99. Even the “correct” order is missing the pudding.
Disappointed and definitely not coming back here.

Ordered 2 specific drinks from Tiger Sugar (Black Sugar with cream mousse and Matcha with cream mousse), but both tasted the same despite different orders. The 'Matcha' drink was brown, not green, and didn't taste like matcha at all. When I pointed this out, the staff assured me it was correct. Given the inconsistency and lack of attention to detail, I won't be returning. Hopefully, they'll work on improving their quality control and customer service.

The new stuff needs more training. She seems doesn’t understand customer needs. Less ice doesn’t mean more than half bottle ice. Even I told her the ice was too much, but she seems doesn’t care about it.

Please keep in mind that I am giving this place 5 stars relative to the fact that we live in Gainesville Florida. Of course, none of our boba tea joints here will compare to those in Taipei or Hong Kong. However, I'm glad this joint showed up - gives me options to choose between KFT or here.
I got the coffee latte boba and I really enjoyed it. It’s a bit expensive but that’s for most bobas. The cup was pretty large and it had a good ratio of boba and drink. Our drink came out fairly quickly and there was a little area to sit there and drink it

I waited for more than 20 minutes for two cups of milk tea...the staff ignored me and didn't call my order when they were ready, and put them on the table quietly. A bunch of people were waiting for takeout and order. The employees who make milk tea are very unfamiliar. Everyone is busy but doesn’t know what they are busy with. I feel unfamiliar with this job???

Inside enson market, of the 5 boba places on this one street I think it's probably the least good, go to tea bestea next door or one of the others close by. (It's not bad or anything just doesn't stand out.)
Parking: Parking in big lot right outside, if you just want boba go all the way to the left in the store.
