At Tijuana Flats, the staff is friendly and helpful, especially Carlos, who is charismatic and funny. The food is delicious, especially the tacos. The cashier service is excellent, and they are patient and accommodating. The parking can be a bit tricky, but it's manageable. The chicken bowl is a generous portion of rice, beans, and chicken, and the fresh chips and flavorful salsas make the dining experience enjoyable.
