I came in thinking there was an active app promotion, but it turned out it had already expired. I must have missed an update. The associates who helped me were incredibly kind and took the time to look over what was going on. Even though they didn't have to, they still honored the situation as best they could and gave me a discount.

Really appreciated the patience and good customer service. definitely made my day and reminded me why I like coming here. Thank you tropical smoothie/team.

Yummy yummy acai bowl! I just was not that hungry yet after eating I was so satisfied and felt freshly hydrated from one full bowl ! My first time trying this place and I love it so far !

I really like the protein shakes and smoothies here. Plus, their chicken pesto sandwich is great. Also, get their app. The rewards program is really good if you go there even just once a month

Remarkably clean, especially for Gainesville. They gave me the wrong type of smoothie but corrected the mistake and allowed me to keep the oops smoothie. Quesadilla was perfectly toasted. Staff friendly and efficient.

Smoothies were 🔥 — super fresh, super tasty.

BUT.
Whoever decided to use paper straws… we need to talk.
They turn to mush halfway through the drink 😤

I’m still giving you 5 stars because the smoothies are that good, but next time if I see another soggy straw in my cup, I might have to reconsider 👀
Plastic, bamboo, metal, ANYTHING but paper.

I ordered a smoothie, but I think I accidentally got a snow cone instead. The ice was on a mission it took over the whole drink! Didn’t see any option to choose the ice level either. (The ice was good though, shoutout to the chill vibes 👍)
