Coffee was meh. I’ll probably come back though to give yall another chance. Volta seems like the perfect place to study. Very quiet and calm and Cocteau Twins is always playing :) Good

Firstly, I wanted to say thank you for your support to Ukraine! I really appreciate that! ❤️?? Unfortunately I was not so lucky to meet the owner to say that personally. Secondly, I was amazed with the interior, and with the cute little alarm clock for my earl gray tea. The tea and an apple pie were amazing! ?The interior reminded me one of the coffee shops in Ukraine, where many creative people meet to share their incredible ideas!

Coffee was extremely watered down. Pastries are great. Service is lacking.

The foam on the top Was dense and burnt. Also, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Hate To complain But Maybe the staff needs to be trained a little better.

High standards in everything they sell.

Lousy tasteless pour over. Tasted like water. Got there right when they opened. We were the only 2 people in the coffee shop. They forgot to make one of our drinks. Too busy talking to each other. Espresso was awful. Sour tasting.

The granola is maple buckwheat and is amazing. We also tried a few different delicious drip coffees

Good local coffee shop. Staff provides really great service and the environment is a great place to get a lot of school work done or preparation for exams. Conveniently located in downtown near bus stops. I wish it was open a little later because I would stay and grind! I love their coffee cakes as well :)

Nice coffee and some good selection of things to eat, BUT unfriendly owner. Rude to homeless people and any customer he doesn’t know personally. No wonder the baristas keep quitting. The inside feels depressed with little lighting. Frequent problems with AC.

Love this local coffee shop even though I can’t fairly decide which of the local ones is my favorite (main competitors are Wyatt’s and Opus). The baristas here are very friendly and amazing customer service. What makes them unique is they only do pour overs for “regular” coffee and they offer a unique rotating menu. I have never had a bad pour over here and it’s always hard to pick from the menu. They do offer free tastings on Saturdays. In addition to the coffee they offer a wide variety of unique baked goods. The other selling feature of this shop is their boutique chocolate selection. It maybe pricey, but the selection is hard to beat. They have brands of chocolates you won’t find anywhere else in town. Fair warning it is downtown Gainesville, so parking is not free. But that is not a negative against this coffee shop.

What a unique breakfast and coffee place. It was easy to find parking in the morning. My coffee was smooth and quiche was delicious. Our server was knowledgeable and kind. Thank you for supporting Ukraine ??
