genuinely this is the best waffle house i've been into in a while, ryan was an excellent server and even the cook sam checked on us and made sure our food was good. amazing service and food!! best waffle house in gainesville for sure
Don't bother with this location, go to the one on Newberry road, or anywhere else. This location has increased prices compared to anywhere else I guess because Celebration Pointe. The food isn't really all that worth it either. The waitresses are very and I mean very hit and miss. More often a miss, they will over charge vs. what the sign says. Won't be eating here again, too many negative experiences. Plus the local homeless community likes to camp nearby, so if you're waiting for your to-go order, you will surely be greeted by them, and asked for some money. Or if you are real lucky, they might even put on a show for you because they're twacked out on something.
Parking: Tiny lot, connected to the circle k
Kid-friendliness: Don't take children after dark because of the bums that wander around. And on the weekends def don't take kids because you'll be sitting in the parking lot waiting for your food.

Food was alright what really made the experience sour was the service. I pointed at the right item and the waiter commited the mistake of not only giving me the wrong order but charged me the wrong amount. When I asked about it he made me feel like I was the one who commited the mistake. Luckily enough he changed the price to my original order.

The food was good. That’s the 2 stars. 3:45am I stopped in, I’m the only one in there, got my coffee and food, the 2 server guys go outside and smoke weed for the remainder of my visit. The cook had to go get one of them to come inside to ring me up. At least go behind the store, not at the front door.
