Not normally a Walmart shopper. I like to think I'm reasonably polite. Every now and again I need to come to Walmart to remind myself why I hate it so. Customers and employees are both obnoxious. By the end of my "dog eat dog" shopping trip, I find I too am just not as nice.. shop online or shop elsewhere!!
Negative stars would be best. This 42nd store is the worst. Sad, because I rather go to target then here now. I don't care how much cheaper they are. Today, November 19, 2022 & 6:24p I was at this Walmart- jewelry counter. We asked every employee they said they didn't know about this department. Then I went to customer service- for them to say it's been closed all day due to no one knowing that department. I was shocked, due to I worked here for years, and it's not hard. This Walmart is horrible. Between items not being charged correctly, moody employees, unstocked shelves, and lines long as ever. I've never seen such caos. It felt like a movie scene from an apocalypse. The employees are the most unhelpful waste of pay and literally half the items in the store are gone. There was no one to check anyone out and the line was the longest I've ever seen. The store was dirty and smelly. Honestly I won't come back.
