I went through the drive thru on Sunday 9/22,and both the woman I ordered from,and the man at the 1st window where I paid were SUPER friendly,professional,and made such a impact! It really is the little things that matter! I truly appreciate that.
They communicated that they were short staffed which was a plus, but the general impression i got off the employees was that they were unhappy and disorganized. Also very disappointed that I paid for an upsized fries, yet somehow still only got the same amount of fries as a medium.
Any drive-through girl that says "thank you, love" gets 5 stars. Then a kitchen manager seems like delivered my food through the window and says, "thank you, love" It doesn't cost anything extra to be nice ...nor lovable! It was a little early for lunch but I wanted a taco salad - it has chili and salsa, sour cream and tortilla chips. But, the I was told the chili wasn't ready.
