We ordered boneless wings and we were cheated on our order. Our order was short like 40% of the boneless wings. So disappointed. We wont be going back.

This wing zone is located in the Reitz Student Union on UF's campus. Every time I go, I order something different. This time when I went, I ordered the boneless chicken covered in their honey q sauce. This has been by far the best item on their menu for me. Everything else I have ordered, from burgers to bone-in wings have been mediocre... not terrible and not great either. It's a great option for a quick bite on campus. Their service is extremely fast and they can have your food out in minutes, sometimes it's not fully hot which is probably why it was so fast, but nonetheless it's still quick. For this to be on campus, people would probably expect it to be a smaller, condensed size restaurant... but that is not the case. This is a full size restaurant with plenty of seating. Overall, I have had good experiences with this restaurant and would recommend for a quick bite.

I have tried many chicken wings and these are the best tasting I have found yet! The buffalo taste delicious and so does the BBQ but the blackened voodoo is out of this world! This is strictly take out or delivery but definitely worth checking out. I will return soon. the ranch wings are the best, dont even need any sauce. but pricey. ask for the student value menu,

The amount of total disrespect we received today made me lose my appetite. It's game day, we were well aware it would be a "30-45 minute wait" as we were told when we arrived. However, an hour after we ordered, we never got our food and the buzzer never went off. We went up to the counter and asked and the woman behind the counter was telling everyone "take whatever food you want, I don't care" and when I requested the food I ordered and paid for, was told "y'all should just leave". I ended up with the wrong order an hour later and will be disputing this with my credit card company. One of the male workers refused to give me the ranch included with my meal and made another coworker do it while he sat behind the counter doing nothing. Management needs to hire new staff, period.

When I walked into this establishment, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean it was. I ordered Mango Fire Wings and had fries with it. There was miscommunication and they brought me the wrong wings which I could immediately tell because of how strong the scent of the wings were. The staff was friendly and cleared up the mistake of my order quickly. My real order came out fast, but I might add I feel that it was too fast for wings. The wings were not tasty. On first entry, I realized that the place was more of a fast-food sit-down place, one similar to Chick-fil-a or In and Out, rather than what I had imagined: a sit-down restaurant. While the staff was very nice and helped me after I had made a mistake on my order the food that my friend ordered was wrong and had to be taken back, thus I was sat there waiting for my friend's food while mine got cold. Even though the food came out quickly the food was honestly disgusting. The meat tasted chewy and rubbery, (I had the Chipotle BBQ) and I was honestly displeased with the sauce. I felt the sauce first and then the chicken, not making a combination that wasn't pleasurable by any means. The chicken tasted similar to lukewarm Lunchable chicken nuggets with the barbecue sauce provided. The fries were also unsatisfactory as they were bland and cold. I would honestly never come here again and will for sure not be recommending it. I would of rather of gone to McDonald's.
