Ordered a cortado which I expected to be 50:50 espresso to milk but it seemed unbalanced, and $5 feels just on the edge of being too much for a tiny drink that wasn’t quite right. Maybe it was an off day? Place was pretty busy and I think one of their grinders was down.

The espresso itself though, holy jeezus those are some top notch beans. If you want third wave coffee, this place is it. Will return next time I’m in Gainesville

Came in for breakfast and coffee with family and ordered the Teddy Graham Cold Brew, The Wyatt latte with oat milk, and the breakfast sandwich with turkey sausage. The place is very cute inside but seating/tables are limited. Be prepared to wait a while- we ended up waiting at least 30 minutes for our stuff. The baristas were friendly, but seemed to be a little disorganized/distracted and appeared to have forgotten or lost our order. They did give us a cinnamon roll for our troubles,...
