I ordered the Cookie monster special of the day and what I received looked nothing like the picture. My best guess is that they froze some milk and put it through the shave ice machine. Sprinkled some Oreo cookie crumbs on it and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. When I reported to the server that my plastic dish was cracked and the product was leaking all over the table, she didn't even offer me a napkin. And there were no napkins available in the establishment. So it continued to leak on the table and then on to the floor as I walked it to the trash. The people who got the rolled ice cream were slightly more pleased with their product. But only slightly. There were no other customers the entire time we were there which was Friday night prime time for ice cream. I cannot recommend this place at all.

While there are lots of places to get boba nearby, this place is my new favorite! Delicious tea, not overly sweet like some places, perfectly made boba, at a fair price. Nice atmosphere in the shop too.

The strawberry roll ice cream tastes very good and the environment is elegant. It is especially suitable for chatting with friends and eating ice cream. It is the best ice cream shop in Gancun I have ever visited.

This is a long read, but I wanted to capture it all! First, the ice cream tastes no different than any other ice cream place. The prices are high and the mix ins were minimal, but I guess you're paying for the experience. In my opinion, it's not worth it, but to each their own. Okay, now the rant! The worker, a young male, gave my family a very bad vibe. For starters, my 3 year old grabbed a keychain to show me and the worker immediately tells him, "I'm going to have to ask you to put that back." I know my face said it all because I was dumbfounded he just said that to him. First of all, the Keychains are for sale, so I'm sure they get picked up/ moved around multiple times a day. Second, my son was just holding it in the air to show me. As a parent, I took his comment personally and was ready to take my business elsewhere. However, I had other people with me, so we stayed. Next issue, I took my kids to the bathroom and there was hardly any soap in the bottle. So I ask the young man if they had any soap in the back because the bathroom was almost out. He turned around and grabbed a (different labeled) bottle of soap from the counter behind him and headed towards the bathroom. A little while later I took my son back to the bathroom to get the ice cream of his hands and I saw the SAME soap bottle as before, almost completely filled up with clear liquid and bubbles at the top. This man filled the soap bottle up with WATER! It was absolutely without doubt water consistency. I walked out the bathroom and told my husband and aunt about it. My aunt then asked him if he replaced the soap and he responded with, Yes, I just put some in there. So gross to think that the worker feels it's sanitary to only wash with water and a hint of bubbles. Last issue we had was when we were about to leave and I asked my daughter to take my son to potty since we were 45 minutes from home. They go in the bathroom and after a couple minutes I told my husband to go knock on the door. So he did and told them to hurry up. While he was still outside the door waiting, the worker came from behind the counter and knocked on the door and said "if you don't open the door, I'll have to call the president." I think he was trying to be funny, but this was so unnecessary and inappropriate! I don't need a stranger knocking on the bathroom door and telling my children to open the door. This was definitely a first and last time we visit this place.

Max is such an amazing worker and person in general . The ice cream was good too .
The ice cream is on the more expensive side, but it’s very good. One cup of rolled ice cream is plenty for a couple to share. $10 for very nice ice cream split between two people is fair if you ask me.

Well this was a very underwhelming experience. Pictures absolutely don’t do this place justice . Ordering was difficult not only was the music to loud to hear the server but he spoke very limited English . Store isn’t very clean at all . Ice cream is definitely lacking to say the least I got the strawberry cheesecake . I really I received strawberry ice cream and not even god strawberry ice cream. Disappointed to say the least . Two ice creams for $20 bucks it’s a no go for me .
