Second time here and I knew better from the first time. Incredibly small portions, freezer burnt and void of customers. Easily the worst ice cream place in Gainesville. Sorry, they have plenty of room to grow.

If I could leave a zero star review I most certainly would. Customer service was nothing special. Everything went wrong with our ice cream. The scoops already for just one is 4.50 it wouldn’t be so bad if the quantity was justified. It wasn’t absolutely mediocre I got handed my ice cream and I kid you not I could pick up the entire “one scoop” serving size with spoon. The cup had a nice bit of room left. For just this scoop with 3 toppings came out to $10. A grown man would finish that microscoop in one bite even a child would. Highly overpriced for the quantity and serving size. Ridiculous and my sister got her rolled ice cream a little more justified but you can certainly differentiate the quantity of serving size before and now. Not sure if it’s a new management but it’s very unjustified. Don’t waste your money here!

The taro rolled ice cream tastes delicious! There are also many fun board games here to play with for free and a piano, as well as being a great place to study. The mango black tea is also very good. Staff is very nice in making food accommodations too. Would come again

Got the Bangkok Summer rolled ice cream and it was so delicious. This was a sweet little treat for the family and I. I’m glad we came out for it. If you have the time give them a try.

This place was very disappointing. I didn't understand the dude that was working, he didn't speak very well. And I'm a naturally loud person and he couldn't hear nothing I was saying. So he obviously had hearing problems as well. That was a bad combination. But like I said I was disappointed by his performance while making my food too. And the food itself tasted stale.
The rolls are yummy and super cold ice cream. Also very creamy. Yum 😋

Zero degrees? More like zero stars. We came at 8:45pm. They close at 10pm. Lights outside were off but they were on inside and the sign said open. We decided to call to make sure , as we saw a worker. It just kept ringing. I decided to park and see if the door was open. It was and the worker was inside just sitting there, letting the phone ring. You could hear it. I asked if they were still open and he said yes. I quickly went back to my car to get my wallet. I came back, and he locked the door on us. My friend called again. We saw him pick up the phone, answer, then hang up. I'm astounded and shocked. I just wanted rolled ice cream.

I ordered the Cookie monster special of the day and what I received looked nothing like the picture. My best guess is that they froze some milk and put it through the shave ice machine. Sprinkled some Oreo cookie crumbs on it and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. When I reported to the server that my plastic dish was cracked and the product was leaking all over the table, she didn't even offer me a napkin. And there were no napkins available in the establishment. So it continued to leak on the table and then on to the floor as I walked it to the trash. The people who got the rolled ice cream were slightly more pleased with their product. But only slightly. There were no other customers the entire time we were there which was Friday night prime time for ice cream. I cannot recommend this place at all.
