Second time here and I knew better from the first time. Incredibly small portions, freezer burnt and void of customers. Easily the worst ice cream place in Gainesville. Sorry, they have plenty of room to grow.

If I could leave a zero star review I most certainly would. Customer service was nothing special. Everything went wrong with our ice cream. The scoops already for just one is 4.50 it wouldn’t be so bad if the quantity was justified. It wasn’t absolutely mediocre I got handed my ice cream and I kid you not I could pick up the entire “one scoop” serving size with spoon. The cup had a nice bit of room left. For just this scoop with 3 toppings came out to $10. A grown man would finish that microscoop in one bite even a child would. Highly overpriced for the quantity and serving size. Ridiculous and my sister got her rolled ice cream a little more justified but you can certainly differentiate the quantity of serving size before and now. Not sure if it’s a new management but it’s very unjustified. Don’t waste your money here!

The taro rolled ice cream tastes delicious! There are also many fun board games here to play with for free and a piano, as well as being a great place to study. The mango black tea is also very good. Staff is very nice in making food accommodations too. Would come again

Got the Bangkok Summer rolled ice cream and it was so delicious. This was a sweet little treat for the family and I. I’m glad we came out for it. If you have the time give them a try.

This place was very disappointing. I didn't understand the dude that was working, he didn't speak very well. And I'm a naturally loud person and he couldn't hear nothing I was saying. So he obviously had hearing problems as well. That was a bad combination. But like I said I was disappointed by his performance while making my food too. And the food itself tasted stale.
