Slowest customer service ever. Theres 1 person working and he has absolutely no idea what hes doing. Looks confused beyond measure. When youre ordering he whispers. Still sitting here waiting on him to make our ice cream

The space is large and the atmosphere is very comfortable. There is a piano and the boss is very nice. You can chat and communicate comfortably inside. The ice cream and milk tea are very good!

I downloaded yelp JUST to leave a review for this place. First off, like others who've gone here, the place smells bad, almost like sewage or something. it was so bad i almost didn't order anything. Next, when i got up to order I asked for plain chocolate rolled ice cream and the lady behind the counter tried to charge me $8 for the 's'mores' flavored ice cream even tho i wasn't getting any of the toppings. i decided to not get anything after that even though i made the 20 minute drive across town JUST for it. If all of this wasn't bad enough, one of workers kids was running ramped throughout the store not only disturbing me and my group, but other customers as well. The child kept grabbing my hand and crawling between my legs and even touching my friends butt. I even witnessed the kid hitting other customers in there, meanwhile the worker did anything about it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

It had a strong odor of Jasmin rice or somewhere in Southeast Asia or China, the girl/woman working had no social skills and one simple roll of ice cream with one topping was over $9! It wasn't even big! Rip off and place smells. We didn't feel like business was important to her either.

travel there with my girl friend. They prepare the order fast. The ice cream is Enough for 2 of us. Its very fresh, one of the best ice cream place I ever been, and she loves the food！

Very slow process, waited nearly 25 minutes for two cups of ice cream. Very bare and rather depressing interior. Ice cream was just alright, the taste was like off-brand store bought ice cream that sat in the freezer too long. I probably won't be back. Just go to coldstone for ur next frozen treat
